CPR saved my phones life. The poor thing was on its last legs: face shattered, its outer shell falling to pieces, face turning blue.. I didnt know what else to do, I rushed it to the cellmergency room. Their namesake is no joke: they did CPR right away and a cute little man (Im blanking on his name) assured me in one of those 50s southern voices, "Dont worry, little lady, well have him fixed up in no time". I was frantic, and cruel Time seemed to be taking advantage of me, flipping its switch to "Mollasses" mode. Fortunately, CPR had a delightful display of parodical infomercial boxes and some neat magazines to allow me to give Time a kick in the ass. In a short hour and a half, they brought my baby out in a miniature wheelchair looking brand new!!! I couldnt believe it. No scratches, no cracks, and that broken shell? I bought a new one for a cheap $30 and Ive never felt more at ease that my Light in Shining Armour would be protected for.. well at least as long as Time would allow. In all seriousness, though, great place. Drop it off, come back and pick it up and its done. No need to worry and the staff is very cordial. Great place to get your phone fixed.

WATCH OUT Walked into this store to replace my iPhone screen, it looked professional and staff were friendly and everything was good. They quoted more than apple, but due to convenience I accepted the quote, and here it started: - the screen they used is messed up and hue colors and coordination is off - they tried to go to accessibility and change the settings and still didnt work ... - the screen didnt fit correctly and they confirmed thats not an issue - second day I am placing my phone on kitchen counter and BOOM screen cracks and they refused to fix it. -they even said they didnt see me placing the phone on the counter, the screen wouldnt work having a simple crack.. SAVE YOUR TIME GO TO APPLE, ITS CHEAPER AND GETS YOUR JOB DONE FIRST TIME I didnt write my review till now as I have been promised to get a call back from the manager/owner a week ago that never took place Its a rip off place, dont fall into their tricks ... they even refused to give me that screen which I paid more than $180 for it. I had to argue with the guy that works there (Caleb) in order to get what I paid for SAVE THE HASSLE AND GO GO APPLE, at least they keep their word

I brought in my sons phone with a cracked screen. Unfortunately, the CPR franchise in Flower Mound was unable to repair it. I paid $252; the screen looked great, but the phone didnt work. The tech told me that they fixed the problem that I brought the phone in for (a cracked screen)...really?? It is true that I had a new screen (internet and camera worked, just no phone or text). They then tried charging ports to no avail. Then I was told that the only way I could get a refund was for them to keep their part (screen). I get it, that costs money. But if they damaged their part upon removal, (60% chance), then I would be liable if they broke their screen trying to remove it. Long story short, I eventually got my refund, and my phone back in pieces. Now cant get a second opinion; Ill have to go and buy another one. Despite my bad outcome, I think these guys are OK and I think they know their business; just unlucky in my particular case. Chris W., Albuquerque, NM

I called today at 6 knowing they closed at 7 and was hoping they could get me an appointment sometime this week, instead they told me to come right in and theyd have it ready in 30 minutes! The staff was so courteous and professional and my phone is absolutely perfect. Ive dropped it and had the screen replaced dozens of times to the point where my home button would slide around and almost slip out, I was told every time that they couldnt fix that and I would have to get a new phone, at this place I didnt even bother to mention it and they fixed it for me without any additional charges or hassle. I definitely recommend buying a screen protector while youre there, its $25 up front but anytime you want to come in after and get a new one theyre only $4. Again, this place is amazing and I hope I dont crack my phone again soon but thats the place Ill go and send everyone to :)

BEWARE!!! Came in to get my I Phone 6s Plus phone screen fixed (I just shattered the glass so the phone was working completely fine) the technician quoted to replace the glass for $150 and with a new screen protector at $20! I was already hesitant thinking $150 was way to much but Apple was charging the same amount so we proceeded to getting it fixed here. The technician told me to come back in 45 mins and pay when I picked up the phone. After we arrived to pick up the phone the technician then rang me up for $315???!?!? I was definitely taken advantage of, and when confronted the technician told me he made that quote before I left! This was never discussed and nor would I ever pay $315! Do not go here unless you want to be scammed!

If your cell phone is need of repair, your first stop should be CPR Cell Phone Repair. I have never been more pleased, satisfied and thrilled. The service provided by these professionals was incredible!! I originally went to another cell phone repair shop to get a cracked screen fixed, and walked out 3 times with a non-functioning phone. Where you go DOES make a difference. A referral brought me to CPR, and within minutes Robert was able to identify the problems and actually showed me what was now causing the phone to misfire. Within 30 minutes I was off and running problem-free because of Robert and Jonathan’s expertise. They are top notch - #1 in my book. I will be highly referring them going forward. Thank you, guys!

INCREDIBLE service on a personal and business level. My phone battery has been dying for two years. I believed, like many people I know, that iPhones are best repaired at the iPhone store. Tried for two years 4 visits to iPhone stores around Dallas. These folks solved problem in 30 minutes for $60. Ill never again suffer with the screaming masses trying to get a RECALL SAFETY NOTiCE for my iPhone battery battling one roadblocks after another: "you have to schedule return visit for that repair even though you waited for 2 hours for this consultation", ......," we cant upgrade your battery unless youre 100% sure youve cloud backedup your data , doesnt matter if you give us permission",. ..... And on and on.

I called CPR cell phone repair because my cell Iphone would not charge. They quoted a price of $73 to repair it over the phone if the charger needed to be repaired. When I arrived, their employee named Jared told me that he wanted to check out the phone before it was repaired. About a minute later Jared said that the charger was covered by lint and he had removed. He then said my favorite words "no charge." I thanked him for his time and said that I would write a review about the honesty of this business and their employees. Please use this repair company if you have any cell phone or computer issues as you will not be disappointed!
