This is THE best Super Target in the Arlington, Mansfield, Grand Prairie area, hands down. The shelves are always so very well stocked and organized with only very few out of stock problems. Staff can sometimes be short and unknowledged at times with items, but what can you do when your dealing with a huge box mart store. They have self checkout installed, which is something not available at all Targets, yet, but it does make for a little quicker checkout when the lanes are actually open. There is a policy that makes the self checkout a little problematic: people cant buy alcohol in the line. There is a sign, but it is seldom seen and it causes the line to get held up, because the person watching the lanes is not always right by them, so the person stands there confused. You would think, by now, though, that people would know exactly how to use self checkouts at stores by now. The pharmacy here has always been super helpful with things in the pharmacy area, unlike the S. Cooper store, where they just say they dont know, check with store personnel. Overall, this Target is the one we always go to, unless it just happens to be out of something, then we will go to the Mansfield one.

In case of emergency iz fine but ON THE FLOOR Its not good I Ill give Fffsssfive star if they STORE MANAGER fix this matter

I went to Dr. James Cao clinic at Target for the first time. I asked if they accepted Humana and if they could only do a contact lens exam,"of course" they told me! Little did I know that they didnt and that they were going to charge me for lens and eye exam altogether. So I ended without my prescription, because I refused to pay for something I didnt wanted. The doctor was rude, charged me and the plan for something I didnt asked for! This was a total unprofessional service! I will definitely not recommend this clinic. Now I have to pay for my lens exam out of pocket because they charged my insurance for my yearly exam. Incredible!

*Security harassed my 18 year old "black" son *They "thought" he stole a candy bar *3 individuals from their security team approached him in a very demeaning way *Mark the manager on duty did not know what had happened at his store and it took him over 5 minutes to even come speak to me *Maybe Mark should not be running this store *What is Target teaching their very young and inexperienced security team? *They apologized for not following protocol, but I doubt they will correct their behavior and/or procedures *After 20 years of shopping there I will not give them another dime

Check out can be a whipping. Overall the experience is good - until the very end. Clean store, easy to navigate, helpful employees, plentiful selection. But oof, that checkout process... It can be a killer. If you see more than three or so baskets in a line and there is not an employee trolling the checkout area calling for backup help, youre sunk. Settle in, or bail out. Because you stand a better chance of being hired by Target on the spot, trained and checking out your own groceries faster than the sole working checker doing it for you.

Shopping at this Target used to be a good experience, now my wife and I dread it. Since theyve opened the self checkout it has been painful to say the least. Items dont scan correctly, veggies are a pain to look up, and help is slow to respond or they are already dealing with other customers having issues. The checkers have always been great, but now there are less and you are either forced to wait longer for a checker or go to the self checkout. This is a big reason why online shopping (Amazon) is so much better...

This is my favorite Target - a blessing especially if you live in the surrounding neighborhoods! They are completely stocked, always clean, and with everything you need - no need to visit anywhere else to get your groceries and home essentials. Their brightest point is the large selection of produce and deli aisle, which arent available at every Target. And man, their store brand (Market Pantry) is the best of any generic brand ever! Most of the time, even, its better.

Clean well organized store, i shop here at least 3 times a month. Joey, who worked in the freezer section was very helpful in helping me find multiple things on my list that i could not find on my own, he really needs a raise with how good he is with interacting with guests! i try and find him every time i come just to say hi! haha

Place is no good. Poor selection of womens apparel. Photo machines are broken. Never any cash registers open. I go to target and pay extra money so i dont have to deal with Wal-Mart check out lines but at this place its the same. I would rather drive to tge one by parks mall...smh

Good selection; wish I could check out. Its better since theyve added the self-checkout, but why am I not saving more money since they are?? Also the pharmacy changed over to CVS- nope- was WAY more expensive so I went back to Walgreens. I now rarely visit Target anymore.

Its never been as well stocked or clean as i would prefer from store of its kind. They always have something close to what Im looking for at a price Im not looking for. The people are really nice thought bumping them up from a two-star-rating to a three-start-rating. Yay!

Typical Target. It would be nice if they would have more than 1 cash register open. It seems that a second register is not opened until there is at least 8 people in line. I have just left products many times when there were long lines. It is not worth the wait.

The CVS Pharmacy staff at this Target is really exceptional. They are super helpful and knowledgeable and they always go above and beyond. I drive 20 minutes out of the way just to go to this pharmacy at this Target because they have always been so great.

Theyre good for a quick run, but they do not have a wide selection of merchandise or food. I usually have to adjust what I want to buy or go to a Walmart location which is inconvenient.

I love Target but this store layout was a tad weird compared to the other two I visit. They had some things that other stores didnt seem to have or maybe I didnt notice

Always clean! Staff is helpful when you have a lost face on you or just when you need help. Helps much that a Starbucks Coffee is inside the location!
