By far THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED in the years Ive had my oil changed here! 4 days ago I went in for an oil change & purchased 2 new front tires. Yesterday while driving to work my tire pressure light came on as I approached a red light, Im thinking to myself "wonder what is triggering the sensor considering I just purchased BRAND NEW TIRES!" So this morning I took my car back & explained the situation to the attendant out front, she immediately says "no problem, Ill have the guys take a look at it". I pull around as instructed & the gentleman who approached my car immediately starts saying that my car cant pin point which tire is over inflated & that my sensor is faulty but hell check the air pressure anyway even though my tires are properly inflated & its my sensor. So he grabs the hose for air and literally only checks the front driver side saying just like I thought its at 32 then proceeds to pretend to check my other 3 tires (which he didnt even squat or bend down to do) & walk in a circle. He then taps on my passenger window & says "Yep maam, its definitely the sensor I told you the tires arent over inflated from the start!" Before I could ask my next question he is telling me to move my car b/c HE IS TOO BUSY & IM IN HIS WAY. Seriously can you atleast show some type of customer service skills? His attitude & demeanor wasnt necessary & its really unfortunate b/c I usually have a pleasant interaction when I get my oil changed w/ Amanda shes GREAT! But none the less I backed up & left automotive pissed off & went straight to Discount Tire for an air check & sure enough my tires were over inflated to 41PSI instead of 32 PSI & I dont need to replace my sensor!

While I was getting my car worked on across the street, I decided to do a bit of Christmas shopping. I found a toy that my son played with at a birthday party and loved. It was a small ramp for toddlers to ride on. Needless to say, I couldnt carry this big box back to my car so, after purchasing it, I went to the service desk to see if they could hold it. They said no because of the Christmas rush. As I was walking away I found a manager who said that I could keep it at the service desk. So I went back and the lady rolled her eyes and said "if you can find somewhere to put it." And she walked off. After that attitude I walked off. I thought, ooh well, I will just take this cart with me then. As I was exiting the garden center I decided to ask if I could keep it by the register. The lady was so nice and said "of course. Are you carrying all those bags too? Why dont you leave it all here and Ill keep it." I was almost in tears. What started out as my worst experience at this Walmart turned into a reminder of what simple gestures will do to bless you.

Tires and oil changes, I bought tires on 8-22-14 Bridgestone ecopia EP422 I drove my car for three months and I notice that the outside treat was wear out the most so I ask the tech why was like that? He said alignment so I took it to alignment a year after is even more wear out and so far until now I only drove the car 15,000 miles. I bought all the insurance that they offer and when I took them today they say there is nothing they can do about it. I spoke to Maria the store manager after 25 min. Of waiting. Last name "I CAN GIVE IT TO YOU " thats what she said. She Told me cant not do nothing about it so I will just keep buying from Discount Tire like before, I dont want to buy tires for one year and 3 months for over 300 dollars. Oil changes are cheap but You will Pay the price, loose Oil filter, low level on oil and oil nut stripped. NOT everything can be done or buy at wal mart.

What used to be a very clean, upscale and nice Wal-Mart Super Center has now become just another run down, employees dont give a crap, trashed out junk store. Half the stuff in the store is opened, mismarked, customer abused product that shouldnt even be out on the shelf for sale. The food is deplorable and probably isnt even in date on half the items... but worse of all I have found carts of items sitting at the front of meat, frozen and refrigerated items that are intended to be restocked. That means that thawed and spoiling food is being put back on the shelf. The ONLY reason that it has two stars, and not one, is because of the variety of items in the store. While Target is much cleaner and upscale, they dont have items like ammo, fishing gear, automotive and other things like Wal-Mart does.

Placed a cupcake order 4 days before bday. Received a call at 7am, bout 5 hours before pickup time. Cake decorator: I dont know what pokemon balls are, was told by who took order, "yes we can do that"... cake decorator explains shes been having issues with other bakery employees telling customers "yes we can", instead of saying no we cant. Was extremely frustrated after call, asked decorator to look on google, if you cant do pokemon balls, do primary colored cupcakes. Picked up cupcakes....Thank you for my daughters pokemon cupcakes! Shes very happy with them! Basically if its not in Wal-Marts cake pics, ASK THE CAKE DECORATOR if whatever you need can be done, do not rely on whomever takes the order!!!!

I called customer service to ask an question instead I get the operator she told me she could not transfer due to system issues, instead she asked me if she can help. I ask her one question and she told me to hold so she could ask. She came back with a totally different response to the question. She claimed that she didnt understand the question, but in reality she wasnt listening because I asked the same question. At this point she has an attitude because she had to ask her help again. When she returns she was very short, snappy, and rushed me off the phone and slams the phone down. ***news flash*** its your job to answer the phone, its your job to assist customers, and lastly ITS YOUR JOB!

This Walmart has the worst customer service ever, even the manager couldve cared less when I told him how rude his customer service employees were. Management lied several times and was very rude. I called the 1-800 number and they could care less to do anything about it either. I purchased something that was damaged and brought it back the next day, they refused to refund it. I went to another Walmart supercenter (not in Mansfield) and they gladly took it back and refunded me payment in full and they had excellent customer service! The managers at this Mansfield Walmart definitely need training in customer service. I will now be taking my money elsewhere!

Walmart as always is an interesting place. But this one is clean and nice. The people are good and helpful. On several occasions they go above and beyond so thats super helpful. I bought some extension cords last time from a huge pallette that was marked at $5 but they rang up at $11.88. The cashier fixed the error and adjusted. before that I was looking for several sale items that you would expect the store clerks to hide and keep for themselves but the clerk I asked grabbed them for me and was happy to help.
