Ridiculously long wait on the phone waiting to be connected by service desk associate answering my call to a department associate. The department associates simply do not pick up the department phone lines, even when paged. Ive timed my calls and have had to wait as long as 17 mins. just for a department associate to pick-up, notwithstanding several pages by service desk associate to get someone to help me. Ive asked to speak to and spoken with several department managers about this problem, and theyve told me they will bring it to their staffs attention but the problem persists, nonetheless. Once you arrive at the store, finding someone to help in a particular department can be a chore. Its like some of the sales associates vanish to the back, much like the Kmart employees did when the store here in Harlingen was open - - you simply couldnt find anyone on the floor to help you. This is especially true in the nuts and bolts and fixtures departments where theres so much stuff to look through to find the "doodads" or "gizmos" one is looking for.

Terrible experience. I couldnt find what I was looking for and no one asked if I needed help even though about 20 different employees walked past. Well finally one employee did stop but only to yell at my 3 year old for standing on the back of the cart! She was being surprisingly good at the store that day and he had no right to do that. When he made my daughter cry, the situation completely stressed me out, Im 4 months pregnant and he made me mad to the point I was almost in tears. I should have asked to speak to his supervisor right then and there but I just honestly wanted to get out of the store. Will definitely go to a different location if I ever have to go back.

Horriblemente service. I asked for a material and the manager told me they ran out of it. I walked outside and they had more than enough of what I was looking for. I asked again and he answered "I am not from this department" If your people dont want to work send them home!

These guys are useless. I bought a compressor from there only to find out it doesnt come with a chord for the power source. Then I go back to buy one and the electrical people sell me a dryer chord which doesnt fit so I have to return once more only to come to the conclusion that I have to build my chord.

I was pleased with homedepot personal and the peoole shop there who didnt know me stop to helph me load the bags of cements. Its just show how people down in valley helph each others .thanks the strange people who stop to lend a hand

They have every thing you need like lumber,gardening tools,mechanics tools,etc.It is not hard finding help. They are very good in helping find anything you need.
