I order approximately 40 square feet of tile from Leo in the Austin store in February and was told the delivery would occur in the first part of March. This tile is going in a house that is under renovation and is considered the focal piece of the master bathroom at $23/ SF. I called in the middle of March after not hearing from the store and was told the delivery was now postponed until the first of May. That date slipped to the middle of end of May the end of April. Today, I was told the delivery will not arrive until sometime in June. Please tell me, what should I do? All of the other tile selected for this room was based on this tile. Half of the tile that I order has been installed and the other half is waiting on the arrival of this tile. I feel like I was lied to, strung along, and that I don’t matter as a customer. Sadly, this tile is very important to me and I would like to see it installed but have lost any hope of getting it. What is worse is that I now have to find a replacement tile (likely not at the Austin location of the Tile Shop because of this experience) and wait for its delivery. To say that I have been exceedingly patient with The Tile Shop through this process is an understatement.

This store is GREAT! The selection is up to date and this store strives to offer great products and exceptional service. Addison, Dewayne and Ivan as well as the other staff are fantastic too. Everyone is super courteous and helpful. The first time I walked into the store I explained my ideas to Addison. He took me right to several different options that I immediately loved! He was super knowledgeable and knew the store well. He had great design ideas himself that made my tile project even more beautiful! I highly recommend the Tile Shop at Gateway Shopping Center. I think they are the best!

Good tile selection, but the sales staff is incredibly pushy. We left halfway through purchasing sample tiles because the salesman was pressuring us to hurry and make a full order (and to be sure and do it in store). Well be buying our tile elsewhere.
