After an encounter with two gunmen in the Granbury Home Depot today, I am closing my Home Depot account and instructing friends and family to avoid the location. Last weeks mass shooting in Orlando underscores the sheer insanity of gun anarchy, I cannot patronize establishments who buy into this clear and present danger to the American public. Kudos to the Hood County Sheriffs Office for their swift response. With more than 500 Texas businesses willing to protect their customers from guns, few Texas shoppers need patronize businesses who turn a blind eye to the danger of armed shoppers.

We recently purchased an Electrolux oven online, and the delivery was performed by this store. While we love our new oven, the delivery service greatly disappointed. We paid for installation, but they did such an awful job we ended up basically having to redo it ourselves, and now we have a large scratch in our granite countertop as a result of their horrible work. Definitely avoid this particular store if youre not installing yourself.

Bought an a.c. but it had the wrong kind of plug. They had no problem taking it back and getting me the a.c. that would work for me even had two young men unload the first and load the second one. Btw the first one that would not work for me was a special order one.

Freda at the pro cash register needs some basic training in understanding customer service, the simple request to add my pro rewards does not merit a rude response. Every other person Ive came across in this Home Depot had been friendly and helpful.

Patti shoved my cart away from me when I was doing self checkout. She swung it around a corner and smashed all the gutters I just payed for into a shelf. Didnt care and walked off.

They have the majority of things I need. I however prefer Lowes for the customer service. Its not a bad store, but the employees could be more friendly and helpful.

Rude and uncalled for customer service. Make sure the plastic and cardboard what the product came in is perfect apparently. Granbury, Texas. 05-13-16.
