Compared to the Round Rock Habitat for Humanity thrift store, this location has a much more extensive variety of items they offer. They have plenty of tile and area rugs to choose from. They have many basic tools used around the house for reasonable prices. The used appliances they offer vary in quality. The cabinetry offered also varies in style and quality and some cabinets may not even have all the parts, like missing a door. The section of the store that is used miscellaneous items, has some hidden treasures, but one has to be willing to dig for it as the area is hardly organized. I dont much like when I go to a business and I get bombarded with, "How may I help you?" and "Are you finding everything ok?". I prefer to be left alone to do my shopping and if I cant find something, I go find an associate. Id much rather have associates easy to find, but not intruding on my experience. I got what I wanted from this store. There were plenty associates, they worked around me, and didnt approach me unnecessarily. I will for sure be returning to that store to pick some things up in the future.

Had my items loaded on a cart ready to purchase them was told by the manager could not sell them to me they had promised him to another customer in the store also proceeded to tell me he didnt hold things but yet he wouldnt sell me my merchandise the guy that I spoke with was supposedly the manager had no ID nothing like that when I asked for a business card he gave me a business card for the assistant manager and for the manager so I really dont know who I dealt with but the service was very very unprofessional and very rude

Directions are more easily followed by using Congress , if heading North from William Cannon, turning left from Congress Ave to East bound svc rd of Ben White is a much easier task. Its on the corner of 1st street, but no entrance is available from 1st st. Great place with a huge variety of items! Negotiate with the manager! Not all items are marked w prices which can make ur visit a time consuming. Love it!

I have been to this store for many years at its old location. I wasnt able to go as much as I needed because they were closed on Saturdays. I drove past the new location and low and behold they were open. The parking lot was full. So was the store. With all the random things you would possibly need. Highlights: doors, chandelier and lighting.

Worth to go and take a look! The store has many useful items such as cups, coffee machines, furniture and so forth for a very pretty price. For example you can get a decent cup for $1.99 and it is not made from a cheap material. The stuff is friendly and helpful. Also it is a donation place! I love the reusable conception of the store.

Prices were quite high considering that many of the items werent brand-new. It does look like you could find items for a good price if you were looking hard but its really not that convenient. They also had furniture and home Decore stuff. Again considering the furniture was used it should be priced much lower.

Its what you should expect for used construction/building materials, supplies, fixtures, and appliances. Reasonable pricing; recently picked up a lightly used ~$700 Kolbe slab door for $60. Moreover, proceeds go to a good cause. Id rather cough money over to Habitat for Humanity than a box store.

Love this place for the most part . And thats because they price some things at a outlandish price and others are less but equally similar. So if they could get their pricing problem fixed Id totally love it. But still a great place to go get home repair/remodeling stuff at a big price cut.

Just like the rest of the big box thrift stores in town, they need to figure out better pricing. Way overpriced on over 50% of the stuff I saw and that was all used merchandise. Selling vintage furniture at antique store prices. Did someone redefine the word charitable???

The priciest most expensive restore Ive ever been in, didnt like that at all, their prices were comparable to any other store, however some items you could barter, which is a relief to know a place where all prices listed arent set in stone.

Used and crapy staff they for the price of new, i asked for some hardwood imitation floor they were selling it for 3.75 sq.ft. and the same product i saw it in other store for 2.25, so be careful compare prices before buy in this place

Better air conditioning than the Comal site but just not quite as cool in spirit. But if you want a small amount of tile or inexpensive paint this place is for you. The best deals are in the lighting department. I will go again

I have quite a few items from this Restore. Examples are New 8 Florescent fixtures with new Ballasts $20. Soap Dispensers for the kitchen sink. You have to know what it is you are looking at. The deals are everywhere.

The goodwill of building materials. Awesome place if your a craftsman building or adding on to your house. Dont buy any furniture though it is outrageously priced.

I have to agree the prices are pretty high for the quantity and the quality of what was available
