I like their products but am so disappointed with their service. Because of their mistakes -that they never apologized for, I ended up having to spend double to get floor tile. I ordered tile at Tree House on a Friday, the sales person checked with the manufacturer on lead time and they said it was 2 days, they said they had it in stock. She was new so she didnt input my order until Saturday, so I had to come back to pay. I was told then I would be able to pick it up on Wednesday. I called on Wednesday to check and they said it was not there yet and to call back. I called Thursday and they told me my tile was not coming until next week. I had already arranged the installation with my contractor and he had already demod the bathroom, on top of that I was already paying him for his time. I told them on the phone that was not acceptable and they said the tile department would call me back, 4 hours later nobody did so I went to the store. Oh yeah, it shows your tile wont get here until next week. When I explained my situation all they said was what do you want me to do? They dont have it so they cant send it. Too bad! Not even sorry about this. I asked for a refund and they did but the whole situation was handled so poorly, when were they going to tell me about this? They said the tile person went out of town and thats probably why I didnt hear from them. I had to scramble at the last minute to find some similar tile so I could have a bathroom and not pay my contractor just to sit there. Of course it was more expensive. I wish I had not ordered from them, they totally screwed my renovation budget / schedul / plans.

Big shout out to Dave in the paint dept - he was so helpful the many times I was back and forth trying to decide on stain color for a deck. Very impressed by their water-based stain brand, there are so many types out there now and can be confusing for consumer. Also - I picked out some beautiful glass tile from the Tile dept for backsplash - Tree House was the only place where I could find black glass tile out of 5 different tile shops I visited. They had a variety of designs to choose from. Impressive array of beautiful tile for such a small department, kudos to Betsy.

Thanks to Treehouse for all your recent assistance and especially Cole and Kevin who came to our assistance. Our two-year old AC unit kept breaking down. The previous vendor had difficulty fixing it and finally would not service it any longer. Cole stayed in close communication with us and identified another AC vendor. He even came to our house when the new vendor was there to diagnose the problem and he stayed in close touch when the unit was being repaired. We are eternally grateful for all your help!

Our experience with Tree House was incredible!!! We needed to add insulation to our house, have our ducts tested and sealed. Tree House had the BEST PRICE, BEST MATERIALS, And the guys went above and beyond. Our HVAC system literally never turn on anymore meaning our house stays constant temperature. I just wish I did this work with Tree House sooner. Next project w Tree House is our Master Bath!!!!

I just spoke to Travis about my Dramm hose sprayer I purchased last summer. I simply told him its leaking internally and he told me to come by for a store credit or replacement. It doesnt get much easier than that. Treehouse is a very cool place to browse, so get ready to spend a little money with all the cool stuff; from Tankless Water Heaters to bird seed. Love this local business.

I have been shopping here for a few years and just got some quotes and a weatherization package installed. They have been nothing but awesome in all of these situations. I am looking to complete a few more upgrades to our home with them. For what you get in return you cant beat their quality and prices. All things staying the same or getting even better, Im a lifer!

As an apartment dweller I am still able to find a variety of items to use that are green too. They have a large selection of food related green items such as wooden cheese plates, green plates and utensils. I also like their selection of indoor house plants and pots.

cool store, but expensive. I bought some discounted haiku fans under a verbal agreement that I would also get the lights. When I came in to pick them up I was told "sorry". I bought them anyway but I certainly did not appreciate the attitude and overall transaction.

What a great idea! The staff at TreeHouse knew their products and were able to offer very good suggestions. The place is filled with inspirational ideas too. This is the place to go to build or repair in a green way that will ultimately save you money.

This is a great place to get gifts for people. Yes, yes I know theyre a hardware store but they have a lot of "green" items you can get for people. All kinds of kitchen items, garden starter kits, small composter, etc.

My nest thermostat just stopped working after 7 months or so. Walked in with that brick nest and walked out with an ecobee3 in flat 3 minutes. Best customer service in the world ! These guys rock !
