Horrible service - exactly why I will return to only shopping at Lowes! Todays example: ordered an 8 pack of something online to pick up in store. Arrived and was given only a single; explained that it was supposed to be an 8 pack, showed them my order and even showed it to them on the websit from my phone. Was told that they dont sell them in 8 packs and refused to give me 8 for the price I ordered them at. Employee called the online store and now suddenly they said it wouldnt pull up on their system. Even though I could show them what the item said online and my order receipt, they refused to give me what I ordered or do anything to try to get even close to it. All I was told was that someone made a mistake and they wouldnt honor it and didnt know what else to tell me. >:-(

The knowledge of employees is non-existent. It seems like they dont train their people over there - they just hire em and send em out on the floor....I noticed a decline in American workmanship overall no matter where I go - that has occurred within the past 10-20 years. America is falling from the inside out....First morals, then ethics, now workmanship.....Its all going downhill.....COME ON AMERICANS GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER - THE WHOLE COUNTRY IS IMPLODING FROM ALL SIDES! - Walmart and Lowes is no different....No wonder I get better service when buying online....sheesh. People need to start caring about each other again.....Care for each other; is what creates a strong nation.

I repeatedly call to determine if a product is in stock since I live 20 miles away. The results are: - Im sent to someone who has little grasp of the English language, or - I end up waiting on the line 10-15 minutes before they locate someone in the department, or - Im put on hold and eventually someone hangs up on me. Stay away from Home Depot unless you absolutely have nowhere else to get the product from. This was a pacesetter store at one time that has gone to the dogs completely. Recommend either Ace Hardware (where they care) or Lowes (who generally have the product in stock).

The service you receive there depends largely on the associate you encounter on any given visit. They have a handful of wonderful employees who are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I have also dealt with some very miserable, moody, associates, that are just plain nasty on several occasions. They need to address the rodent problem in the store immediately, it is really creepy coming face to face with a huge rodent when shopping inside the lawn and garden department. I got freaked out when I saw one and it was in no way small. Decided to cut my shopping trip short.

Very disappointed with the customer service in this home depot. Tonight my husband and I were loading boards for new construction on our home. The store wasnt busy whatsoever, Yet I had four employees past us to go chat it up and not one offer to help us. We never had this issue in Seguin, they would come to us asking if there was anything we needed. Oh and dont bother asking for help to load it in the truck, it takes half a century just to get someone over! SMH

Standard HD. Busy on weekends, unless you get there early. Checkout lines are always available which I love. Parking is easy and getting in and out is easy. If coming Northbound on I-35 you have to get off an exit early (the 46 exit) because the exit right in front of HD has lane blocked so you cant get over in time. Lots of items you can find online for less. Love the Husky brand tools. Returns are super easy. 10% military discount every day! Thank you HD!

We love the monthly craft event for the kids. The staff is always helpful and kind. Last month we did not get the pin when we finished the project, but when my son told an employee he wished he could have received the pin last month, the employee went out of his way to hunt them down and chased us to our car to make sure my kids each got a pin from last months fire truck project. Thank you Home Depot for hiring such kind employees. You made my kids day.

I came here to buy some supplies for drywall and I had no clue what I was doing but a nice older man who had spotty english came up and started asking me questions about the drywall supplies so I told him everything I knew about drywall that I had read about online a half hour before I went to the store. Well he got what I recommended and walked away happy, I more confidently got my things and when I got home it hit me. DONT WEAR AN ORANGE SHIRT TO HD.

Worst customer service, needed help, someone came to help then went to check on "something" never came back. Waited more than 20 mins until we decided he was not going to come back. Service desk knew NOTHING. So why work there? Asked for a Spanish speaking person & we got sent to "Mike" apparently mike said he didnt know spanish while his tag said he spoke spanish! REALLY!! WORST customer service & very dumb people.

When you have a special running for milwaukee tools, maybe the staff should be updated on the specifics of said special. Sat at checkout for 20 minutes with 6 clerks looking at a computer and not one with an answer. Just a joke.

I went into the store and had a specific question regarding a problem I encountered at home and requested assistance. I waited for about 20 minutes and no one showed up on isle 8 to answer my question or assist me.

I would also recommend ACE hardware and McCoys instead. Sure their prices might be a bit higher but the service is ten times better. Lowes and Home Depot both suck but the inventory is bigger

Hard to find any help. Employees were playing on their personal cell phones. Shelves poorly stocked. Items on top shelves, took 15 minutes to find someone to get the product down.
