If I could give a negative review on this pathetic excuse for a car dealership, I would. I regretfully purchased the worst POS Ive ever had the displeasure of spending money on. I was told by Sam & Matt (Sam-dealer & Matt-owner or manager) what a great purchase I had and that the car had been serviced. I took it to a garage to be looked over & this: radiator filled with pure water, rear differential so dry its a miracle no damage occurred, gas tank couldnt be filled without literally pumping (hand held the whole time) as slow as possible due to damage or flaw in the line which they knew about and admitted. Broken center console they promised to order and replace at time of purchase (they never did), headliner peeling off and held on with 16 thumbtacks (hidden very well). Furthermore, 3 days after purchase, the retread tire, driver side rear, blew up damaging the body and trim and when I brought it in Matt accused me of lying and refused any help. The list goes on. I practically gave it away even after putting another $2400 of my money into tires and maintenance. I cannot for the life of me imagine how any of these reviews are true or from real people. It was nearly impossible getting ANYTHING from these people. Even the things they promised. I sincerely recommend NOT going to The Car Network if your looking to purchase a quality vehicle. They buy the cheapest, crappiest cars and grossly inflate the prices. The car you purchase will be a nightmare and a money pit as well as something that could harm you or others on the road. BUYER BEWARE. One of the days I went in there to get the gas tank issue looked at, there were empty beer cans in the front office trash can. Real classy. *To the guy whos impressed he got a better offer on his Honda he traded in over the offer at CarMax....Dude, CarMax is the king of low ball offers. You shouldve went to another Honda dealership. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND THE PEOPLE ARE ROTTEN. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. If you got a good reliable vehicle, consider yourself lucky

The people at the car network are literally the best people i could have ever decided to go to for my first time car buying experience. I bought my car yesterday and after having an absolute nightmare of a day , and calling jaime my salesman and explaining the kind of awful situation i was in. The first thong he said to me was "we will make this happen" everything was taken care of in a timely and positive manner on the dealerships part from the time i set foot on the lot to the time i drove off with my new car. Anything that i could have thrown at these guys, got thrown at them. And they worked.with. me. Jaime is wonderful . Matt the owner is wonderful. And the other Matt who was in charge of finances was wonderful as well. I cant believe any of the bad reviews put on this page simply because of all the opportunities for yesterday to take a turn for the worst the wonderful men here went above and beyond to make sure it was a good experience.

I didnt give Matthew Oliver a 5 star review he earned it all the way. My car died without warning and it had to happen at the worst possible time. Im self employed and just coming off the worst 3 months Ive ever had. So I had to scrape together a small down payment and get a dependable car. I called Matt and not only did he put me into something that really fit me he got me a great rate on a loan. I bought the car as is and wasnt owed any warranty but had a bit of trouble with an oil leak. The parts werent expensive but the labor charge was. Matt worked a deal with the mechanic that got the car repaired and back to me for basically the cost of parts which worked out to maybe 20% of what I would have had to pay. Not only have I found a car man that I can trust I made a new friend and wouldnt hesitate to give him my future business or confidently recommend him to anyone else.

I had probably the best auto buying purchase ever at The Car Network today, and Ive had more than a few over the course of many years. Matt Oliver provided absolutely zero pressure in selling the car. He was a pleasure to negotiate with, frank, humorous and unusually candid. Going on the test drive with him was like driving around with a friend, hes easy going and knows his product. We found the car we were looking for, Matt sold it to us at a good price, and it was painless in every way. When I purchase the next car for our last teenager, it will definitely be from Matt and The Car Network. This is a strong recommend, but Im not compensated in any way for it, nor am I related to Matt or his family. My suggestion is give him a call and then drop by. I gave this place 5 stars because its an all around great company. My sister referred me here and Im glad she did. They have wonderful customer service. Its a buy here pay here car dealership. I walked in one day without a car and walked out the same day with a car. Easy, no hassle. I dont have any issue with my car just regular car maintenance, nothing major. But anytime I need something done to my car I take it up there and they fix it cheaper than taking it to a mechanic shop. I will be buying my next car here. Great experience.

Matt goes above and beyond with customer service, always striving to make his car buyers happy the entire length of the loan! I just purchased my third vehicle from him, I have been extremely happy! Best place Ive ever had with buying a used car. They are honest and are willing too work with you so you are satisfied and leaving with a great car. I have had repairs done to my car there and they are excellent in their work, fast, and have great prices lower than an auto repair shop. Owner and his crew take pride in giving the best customer service around. I recommend everyone to the Car Network when looking for a car.

Mr. Matthew Oliver of The Car Network in Garland, Texas has no moral fiber or integrity. He attemped to have our 18 year old son (fresh out of high school and with a job hed had for only three week) sign a contract to purchase a an eleven year old car with $500 monthly payments. The only reason Mr. Oliver wasnt able to fleece our son, is because we still hold the title to the trade in.

Went to these guys for a truck and got an incredible deal. Sales staff was very polite and easy to deal with, and their level of service was top notch. Not only was our salesman great, but the owner of the dealership, Matt, actually took his time with us as well to make sure we got what we wanted and ended up saving us some money in process! Overall a great experience with these guys!
