We went in to look at a few cars for our son. Vic helped us out and was so kind. One car we looked at had been sitting in lot for a while and the battery was dead, she tried jumping it off but in the end we werent real sold on it. Vic flat out told us that she didnt want to lead us astray and we were welcomed to look at other selections. As we were leaving Vic mentioned one more car. Although I thought the car to be too small initially, the longer we looked at it the more we knew our son would love it. The windshield did have a crack all the way across it, an I was worried after reading reviews on here if they would actually honor replacing the windshield so I made sure to get it in writing. Tariq was very helpful with us. Although we have great credit and had our own financing. All of the staff while I was waiting were very engaging with me. The next day I brought the car back for the windshield replacement and inspection, That process was easy. John & Vic knew I was uncomfortable driving to the inspection garage. I texted Vic, she was fast in her response and didnt mind driving me and the car to drop it off with John following to pick her up. Tariq was very friendly the next day AFTER we bought the car, not just until. Vic is the sweetest person I have ever met at a used car lot and I would consider being a returning customer with her. John wasnt even our salesman and I was impressed at how he treated us. So far I am a very happy customer. Vic even said to call her if we need anything. Although we didnt get our check over to them until the next day, we were able to take the car home the first day off the lot and surprise our son. When we went back the next day the first thing they did was want to know our sons reaction and were happy for him. I trust that Vic would not sell us a lemon or crappy car knowing a teen would be driving it. Bottom line is 5 stars and a very happy mom.

DO NOT GO HERE! NO MORAL COMPASS. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF FOREIGN CONSUMERS WITH LITTLE ENGLISH SKILLS. AS A FIRST TIME BUYER, THE DEALERSHIP TOOK FULL ADVANTAGE OF THIS FACT. A VEHICLE HE DID TEST DRIVE WAS IN HORRIBLE CONDITION. BUT THEY LET HIM DRIVE IT AS THEY GOT CHEVY SUV FREE FROM THEIR LOT FOR HIM TO BUY WITHOUT EVEN SUGGESTING TO HIM TO TEST DRIVE IT. NOT KNOWING THE PURCHASING PROCESS OF A CAR, HE TOOK HIS WORD THAT THE CAR WAS OPERATIONAL. I CANT GAURANTEE THATS WHAT WAS SAID BUT I CAN STATE FOR A FACT WHAT I OBSERVED THE IS THE INSPECTION STICKER WAS LISTED 03/15 WHICH MEANS IT WAS ON HIS LOT SINCE MARCH OF 2014. hMPH I WONDER WHY?! NO SURPRISE THAT THE OIL SERVICE LIGHT JUST HAPPEN TO COME ON WHEN HE DORVE IT BACK HOME AND THE CHECK ENGINE ICON WAS LIT DO TO AN EMPTY COOLANT. CAR WOULDN;T START UP AFTER. THE DELEAR REFUSED TO HAVE IT TOWED BACK TO LOOK AT. SO MY FRIEND PAID FOR TOWING. THEY JUST FILLED THE COOLANT AND JUST TRIED TO SCURRY HIM AWAY AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. YES, MY FRIEND WAS NAIVE AND THIS WAS A LESSON LEARNED. BUT WHEN I TRIED TO CALL THEM ON HIS BEHALF ABOUT THE BATTERY, "VAL" , THE SELF PROCLAIMED MANAGER HAD NO RECOLLECTION AND SAID" SELL ALOT OF CARS" HE CONTINUED TO TALK OVER ME AND REFUSE TO HEAR OUR COMPLAINT AND JUST KEPT ASKING "IF I WAS BUYING A CAR?!" WHAT AUDACITY. ALL HE CARED ABOUT WAS TO MAKE A BUCK AT ANY EXPENSE. PLEASE SHARE THIS ANYONE YOU KNOW. I WAS A CAR SALESMAN, AND I RESPECT THE PROFESSION BUT NOT THE ONES WHO ABUSE AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OTHERS.

DONT GIVE THEM YOUR NUMBER! I called to see if a vehicle was available and as it turns out it was not. I continue to receive text messages for almost 2 months regularly asking me when I was going to come in to look at a vehicle. I asked them to stop texting me, but they continued. Finally I told them I had already purchased another vehicle and asked them to stop contacting me again, this time specifically said please remove me from your calling list with which they responded with asking me where I purchased a vehicle what vehicle I purchased. So I called and spoke to Kai asking him to please remove my number and to not contact me anymore. He was extremely rude and continue to ask what vehicle I purchased and where I purchased it from I told from an individual and what I had purchased. He proceeded to tell me about all of the vehicles he had just got in asking me to come in and take a look at which time I said again please remove my number Im not going to buy a car from you please stop the harassment. He said the only way they would stop calling me is if I texted them back the word "STOP" I did, so we will see if that works.

Very unprofessional staff I waited 6 and a half hours for my car to be brought around due to lack of communication between the 2 lots they have and was poorly compensated for my wait. I even called ahead and arrived with full paperwork in hand I should of been in and out in 2 hours max. They removed a part from my car and installed it in another after I called ahead stating I would buy the car. This experience was horrid and when I received my car it was in poor condition and was covered in scratches which were not in the images and I could not see due to it being night time when I left the dealership. I am a non confrontational person but this car lot left a horrible taste in my mouth leading me to write this 1 star review I read all the reviews that were about this lot and some were good while some were bad and I thought the bad ones were just people that were turned down due to financial reason or they didnt like their car, but I now know first hand what they went through, but regardless I love my car just not the numerous scratches or the unprofessional service.

We bought two cars through this company. The first experience was nice. The second seemed that way . I purchased a car with a broken drivers mirror and missing gas cover. Before signing any paperwork this was written into my contract that they would replace them. I was encouraged to get this car and not worry about the minor cosmetic defects they would fix them for me. I waited and waited. The mirror they supposedly ordered for me did not fit. I ended up going to Honda and paying out of pocket for these things. The guy there informed me that the mirror they attempted to put on my car was not for my car and was obviously used. The gas cover never happened either. I ended up going to Amazon and purchasing this as well. The icing on the cake came when I had Honda run a full diagnostic on my car only to find out the O2 sensor they supposedly replacing was not working. It was old and going out. I will never do business with them again. Buyer Beware.
