Best car buying experience of my life! Without going too much into the details, before going to Tovi Motors I went through an abysmal experience with another dealership that dragged on for four days. After that I saw that Tovi had a Nissan Rogue that was the exact same year and model I wanted and it was priced $1500 less. I emailed them asking about the car and they replied to my email later that night. The next day I skipped the other 5-6 dealerships I had planned to visit first and drove directly from Dallas to McKinney. The car was excellent, but it had a bump in the rear bumper that was a small eyesore. Z at Tovi Motors suggested they get the bumper fixed and we negotiated a very fair price. I pulled up a few days later to pick up the car and it looked great! I was already pre-qualified so when it came down to the paperwork it only took about 15-20 minutes and I was out the door. Excellent people, excellent prices and I love my car. They took care of the title work and sent the information to my credit union for the loan and it was a great experience. I definitely recommend these guys!

This dealership honestly offered a great car buying experience. Simple, quick, and easy. With great prices, and even better customer service. I used to work for a car dealership, so know, very well, how car salespeople push buyers into financing and minipulate people in the car buying process. Honestly, there was nothing like that here. However, while I did finance through my own bank, the salesman at Tovis never tried to push me into their dealerships financing, which was wonderful. A lot of other dealerships tried that on me, but not here. He made everything so simple and FAST. I was maybe AT THE DEALERSHIP for 30 minutes at most. He kindly answered all of my questions without dodging me or giving me the run-around excuses or explanations. These people seem VERY honest, and their cars are considerably well priced. I would suggest this dealership to anyone.

I LOVE Z ! He was very very helpful . My car is old and is breaking by the minute so I have been looking everywhere for a car . In my situation its hard because of credit and all that but he was helpful and got me the car I wanted . At first I wasnt approved so I had to settle for another car , but then called me and worked with another bank to get me the car I originally wanted . Very well priced, for a 2016 , only 19,000 miles chevy trax , very clean and nice car! He was fast and well mannered and the staff there is too as well. I will def buy my future cars here .

We purchased a 2016 Hyundai Sonata on March 21, 2017. Our purchase contract states we would be receiving the missing floor mats within 1-2 weeks. It is now August and we have yet to receive the floor mats. We contacted them 9 times and each time there is an excuse as to why we dont have them. We are constantly being given the run around and a new story.

BREAKING NEWS!!!!! Zee is absolutely amazing. He was very patient and kind. He offered help if there was anything we needed. I was in a huge hurry to get a good car, as I needed one for work ASAP. These guys got me in a 2012 Nissan Altima in one day. The car was in great condition and I got amazing financing options. Zee (Manager) showed me the car fax directly for multiple Altimas in the lot. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a good, reliable used car.
