This place is shady as they come. First if its not to late run dont walk away. There are far to many places that help people with bad credit. Here is my experience with this business. I bought a Infinity from them, during the negotiations I brought up some concerns with the car, they said that they would fix them no problem. I believed they would Micheal seemed like a stand up guy. They had me drive it to their mechanic. He said no problems I will order the parts will fix it next week. During the contract signing process they told me that the finance company was requiring I purchase a warranty in order to secure the loan. This turned out to be the first lie. I contacted the company 3 days later and they said no we dont require anyone to do that. I then started a 4 month ordeal getting it cancelled. The next week I took up to the mechanic like we had set up and he said that micheal had told him that they were not going to fix it because I had purchased the warranty. The warranty didnt even cover the part. 3 weeks later a problem developed with the suspension, it turns out that a bushing was needing to be replaced. That is no big deal its used it happens. The mechanic at certified repair shop said that someone had recently taken the suspension apart and wrapped it in electrical tape so that it would knock and that it had worn thru the tape and thats were the popping noise was coming from. I had both parts replaced costing about the same as the misrepresented warranty. If you still are compelled to go there. Dont believe anything they say. Do not let their uncertified mechanic touch anything.

Fellow DFW car buyers BEWARE! Like most things if it seems too good to be true it probably is. Such is the case with Empire Motorcars. I would argue that it is not so much an Empire of cars as much as it is an Empire of shady cars and even more questionable salesman. From what I could discern most of the cars had less than desirable histories...the car I had in mind had really low miles and was promised it was "super clean bro" when I got there it looked like Helen Keller got at with sand paper. On top of that it had been in an accident which was not disclosed to me even when I asked about prior to my visit. The salesman themselves looked like something that walked off the set of some reality show like Jersey Shore and were engaging in some sort of verbal altercation when I pulled up. The manager ( god help them) came to my car as I was leaving the lot and asked whether I had witnessed the fight between the employees and not why I wasnt going to buy a car from him. I couldnt get off the lot fast enough. In short, unless you are feeling frisky and in the mood to get screwed I would stay as far away from this place as humanly possible.

I could not be happier with my experience buying a car for my dad from the Emporium Auto Group. Rudy was a terrific salesman and they offered us a below market deal on a very clean Mercedes C250. The whole buying process was efficient and clean and my dad and I were in and out of there in a couple of hours. These guys went above and beyond what I would ever expect from a used car dealership in the way they handled the transaction. The car had a low front left tire and they said it was probably just needed air, but if there was something wrong they would fix it. It turns out the wheel the wheel had a crack and kept leaking air. The Emporium guys fixed the wheel at no charge and even put on a brand new tire at their expense. They were true to their word and then some. I will buy from these guys again and could not recommend them any higher. We got a great price on a clean car and they followed through on all promises made at the time of the sale. They have a great selection and should be on anyones list who is in the market to buy a car.

I can honestly say that this place got me the fasetest approval EVER! When I call back they already had prices and terms available. Luis asked if I was comfortable with my payments and we were able to get them lowered. My interest rate is through the roof, but it is due to my credit, but at least now I am able to increase my credit score! I got the car of my dreams and Im not complaining. What other dealership allows you to defer some of your down payment? I have honestly researched many dealers such as Kar Store and Pro Select Autos. Seems like many dont even try to get you financed. Im bringing all of my friends. My carnote is a bit higher, but it is to be expected because now I have a luxury vehicle. Luis is crazy and funny as hell, but at the end of the day they helped me get what I wanted and they were able to be profitable. I think her name is Rebecca at the front desk and she was very helpful as well. Check out their inventory. Your friends will envy you!

I can honestly say this has been one of the most pleasant car purchases Ive ever experienced. My salesman, Matt, went above and beyond to not only put me in a really nice (and reliable) vehicle that I love and he did so while working with me to secure the absolute best financing possible. Hes followed up with me several times to make sure that everything is still to my liking and that Im pleased with the purchase. I would, and have, recommend Empire and Matt to friends for their next vehicle purchase..... I truly believe its more than just "a sale" to Matt, he wants his clients to be happy and confident in the transaction.... which I am. Additionally, Empire has a really nice selection of vehicles that could easily find something for everyone. Highly recommend. Would give a 4 or 5 if the scoring would let me.

Truthfully I dont normally write reviews, but the customer service at Empire Motorcars was unbelievable. Matt and Luis will go out if their way to ensure you get not only the car you desire but also the deal you can afford. I was looking at a Jag s-type and I was skeptical about the price so I wanted my friend, who is a mechanic, to run a diagnostics on it to find out about any potential problems. These guys at Empire voluntarily dropped it off at the shop without asking for any money or deposit. The mechanic informed me the car was well maintained and operationally sound...he also said that for the price it was a great buy. I have recommended Empire to all my friends and family. Personally, customer service is a huge deal maker or deal breaker and Empire Motorcars has possibly the best customer service in town.
