If I could leave a negative star I would, our ordeal began on Monday 7/31, we were on the market for a used car when I saw a Camry on their website that my husband and I got interested in. I texted and emailed to find out if the car was still available and was messaged "yes" and was asked when we wanted to go take a look at it. It turns out that by the time we got to the dealership (only 20 minutes passed between the time I originally texted and was responded to) the car was surprisingly no longer available. First it was because they had lost the keys to it, my husband asked to see it anyways, then it was because it had been taken to auction. Regardless the car was no longer there. Talk about baiting someone into coming in. With it being the last day of the month we were offered to see something with the same characteristics same price, same mileage. We were shown two that we thought were decent, plus I like the pretty sparkly paint on both. My husband opted for the one with slightly higher mileage but the sales person, Ken, recommended that we get the other one so we went with it. Needless to say he was very quick to get our credit approved and send us to finance. I then had to wait for over an hour for detail to be done washing it, though my 4 year old grandbaby could have done a better job at wiping it down. It was close to 10 pm by the time they brought the car to me. I was tired, hungry and frustrated by then and was very ready to get home. I noticed that there was a crack in the windshield as I was driving so I made a note to call Ken in the morning to see if it could get taken care of. The following morning I called but he wasnt available. He later called me asking if I was going to go in to take a look at the car that I was interested in. The guy had totally forgotten that I had bought from him the night before. I explained our concern with the windshield and that my husband thought that we might have been given the wrong car since the paint was different and no longer glittery. He told me that they would replace the windshield, place the order and call me as soon as it came in and that We got the car he showed us. We also found that one of the tires was really worn so I also called him on that and lo and behold he was unwilling to help there claiming that they gave us so many discounts that he couldnt do any more. And by the way we need to see the car before we order the windshield. I had my daughter take it in today since I do have a life and work, only to be told that they cannot replace the windshield because it had been repaired previously and they are not going to replace something that they already fixed. I have called multiple times to speak to his managers and they are too busy to take my calls and are not returning them at all. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Here is my experience with this particular Toyota dealership for both services and sales department. A month ago I had taken my car in for a recall on my car. It was early in the morning on a Saturday. They had told me it would be finished in 3 hours (around 12pm). They close at 3pm. They didnt finish until 3:30pm because it happened to be more work than they had expected (understandable). The service included a free car washing which was great because I was just about to go take mine in somewhere (they started construction recently by our house, so you can imagine my car was a little dirty). But because it was already way past their closing time, they just hosed it down. I understand it was a complementary washing, but I would have rather them not even mention that they would wash it if this was the case. I was very embarrassed... it was still covered in dirt, not even remotely clean. As for the sales department, I had been emailing a representative on pricing regarding a Prius C. I had gone in with the intention of buying sometime towards the end of the week after me and my fiancé had finalized merging our insurances together. I had only wanted to test drive a take a look at the vehicle. They were giving me pricing on all 4 models and I had mentioned they were over what I had been quoted through email. They spoke with a manager and told me I was given a wrong quote. They would still honor it, but not for the color/model car I wanted. And I would have to make a decision tonight. I asked them if they could honor the quote until the end of the week (when the promotion ended) because the person I was emailing said the price was good until then. They denied my request. I ended up buying the car. I was going to buy it anyways, but I just feel upset that I was bullied into making a decision that night. If they were going to honor the quote, I don’t understand why I could not have another day to decide and merge my insurance with my fiancés? It took me over a week to set up my new insurance, therefore the car was not legally driveable. And I had to get a rental for an extra week because of it. Overall, both experiences here have been pretty negative. I will probably seek out another dealership in the future for maintenance or purchases.

Very poor experience if you need anything beyond mere routine work on your car. They are bad at returning phone calls and at making any effort to help a customer. I am new to town, and I chose COWBOY TOYOTA because its closest to my work. I took the car to the dealer for the routine 50K miles check of my RAV4, and the checkup found a small nail on one of my fairly new tires (still under warranty). After having the car serviced at the Cowboy Toyota dealer I decided to have the tire replaced at the place where I had bought it, since the warranty still applied. To have the warranty applied I needed to show that I had rotated the tires every 7,500 miles, which was no problem since I had taken the car for service at TOYOTA dealers since buying it. I asked the folks at COWBOY TOYOTA if they could download the last three years of service records of my car. After two weeks of not returning my calls, I finally got an email from them saying that they could not provide me with past record of service of my car because they did not have access to it (after having accessed it to make decision on the service for my car). By that time I had already asked the same question to the previous dealer and the clerk there had provided me with the needed information (including the service at the COWBOY TOYOTA dealer) in 3 minutes flat. I dont know if the people at COWBOY TOYOTA are incompetent or lazy. Maybe they are very busy and I hope its because their business is so thriving that they can afford to lose a loyal customer who would have serviced her car at their dealer for many years to come. Cant speak for the folks in the Sale department nor for those who do the actual work on the service and parts, but the people handling the customer sure could use some training.
