My fiance bought a 2001 Ford Explorer Sport here in August of 2008, she paid $3500 and put over 100,000 miles on it. She took it to the shop one time for a minor fix and it ran well for three years until she sold it. We returned in February 2011 to buy a 2000 Honda Accord with a list price of $3850, we test drove it and the only thing wrong was the alignment. We came back and told them that the price would need to be adjusted for the repair and they lowered it to $3600;we put a $200 deposit on it and returned the following business day. Papers were signed and we were out of the door. We took it to Honda to get an oil change and tire rotation and they told us that the brakes needed to be done soon and it was $209. We said no and called Welborn after researching every other brake place in town. They told us that if we brought our own pads that they would do it for 20$. I highly recommend this place . Its a family dealership with a small lot and great attitudes.

I bought a late 90s model Honda Civic from this lot in 2007 when I really needed a reliable and economical car. The owner was very polite and allowed me to test drive the car, citing absolutely everything that he knew about the history of the car and what might need to be done in terms of minor repairs. The car had almost 150,000 miles on it but was the cleanest used Civic Id ever seen. I ended up driving this car back and forth to college in South Texas and to work during the summers. I even used it to commute to my job after college and to haul kids around when I started a family. Ended up putting 150,000 more miles on the car before it finally bit the dust from a cracked block this past winter. Best vehicle Ive ever owned, by far, for under $3,000.

This is the first time I have ever purchased a cash car. I have always been very leery of doing so. They made it an easy decision my husband and I bought a 2006 Honda Odyssey. It was is very good condition. Had and issue come up with the air conditioner and they kindly looked at it and fixed the problem (it needed more freon) I am very satisfied, am referring a family member and if I ever buy another cash car I will go with them.
