Do not take you items to this location! I took my Kate Spade watch here. It had water from a recent trip I took to Miami. I was quoted 10-20 dollars. I got a phone call later and was told that the "crown was broken". When I picked up my watch it looked fine. I later figured out that I was unable to adjust the time and date. Somehow it was broken at this shop. I called the son (whom fixed my watch) and he denied having anything to do with the broken part. He would not let me talk. He said it was already like that. Why would I fix a watch from water, when I could not change the time on it? I would just get rid of it. The people there are not honest! I am disappointed but I have learned a lesson. I will be looking into filing a civil lawsuit.
