My fiancé and I had the best experience at Shanks Jewelers. We looked at several hundred rings, but I still could not find the ring I wanted to wear for the rest of my life. We stopped by Shanks to have watch batteries replaced and also discussed having a custom ring made. I worked with Ben on my custom "vintage" style ring. He was amazing. During the entire process he knew he could give me the exact ring I wanted. He did not disappoint! My custom ring is BEAUTIFUL and EXACTLY what I hoped for! We couldnt be happier! If you would like a custom made, QUALITY ring I highly recommend Shanks Jewelers. They will work with you until the design is perfect.

I went to this store about a year ago to inquire about having a ring sized. The lady who was in the showroom when I first entered just sort of stared at me. I inquired about the ring sizing and she said the jeweler would have to look at it. Then a man walked into the store and he looked at it and basically said said they could not help me and they both glared at me. They made me feel very unwelcome and about two inches tall. I proceeded to take the ring to Nasr Jewelers in Rockwall and was treated great. Nasr Jewelers in Rockwall sized the ring and did not make me feel like I was beneath them.

I had necklaces made with charms that were engraved .with a saying often said by my Mother.. i was in the process of ordering charms for the 2nd time online because they did not turn out right. After a messed up order on my own, I finally walked into Shanks Jewelers, thank goodness. !!! Mrs Shanks assisted me with a proper order and beautiful engraving for 3 new charms with necklaces for my girls for Christmas. They were beautiful .., Thank you. Loyce Hopkins

I took two watches in to get sized. The customer service was excellent. They sized my watches perfectly in less than 10 minutes. It was a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. I will definitely will use them again and would recommend them to my friends and family.
