Overall, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The staff was great and we decided to custom make our wedding ring and thought we had agreed on a price and clarity. When we went to pick up the ring the center diamond had cloudy imperfections that you could see without having to look to close. I was very upset because the diamond that the owner put in the ring was not what we had agreed upon. No one would have walked out the door with that ring and I was very upset to say the least. Since our wedding was 2 weeks away my husband did not want to walk away from the ring and we ended up putting a CZ in the center. I wanted to walk away but the owner said that we would still need to pay him $500 for the labor. I felt like he bent us over thinking we would have paid more for a diamond when he should have been upfront with us. Also, my cousin was visiting from England and we were at their Garland location and she wanted to get the battery in her TAG watch replaced. They said that they could replace the battery and when we picked up the watch it was damaged because they could not get the back open to replace the battery. The upsetting thing was they were not sorry and acted like it was our fault. My recommendation would be to go anywhere but here.

Went in, met Mr Nasar, extremely nice and very attentive to detail. He made our ring resize experience a pleasure we vowed to return with our next jewelry need. Flash forward to today, went in to have another ring resized for my wife and look at something to purchase as a Christmas gift as well, the young gentleman who assisted me was aggressive, he was insistent on telling me what I wanted and once I decided to make my purchase somewhere else due to his extremely high pressure tactics I asked to see Mr. Nasar, he got offended lost whatever little interest he had in helping me, he told me Mr. Nasar was not available, he got extremely rude and suggested I take my ring somewhere else to be resized as it would be MONTHS before he could get to it! Claiming the Christmas rush as the reason for the delay. Mr. Nasar added links to my watch band while I waited and took 4 days to resize my wifes ring on my previous visit. I can not honestly recommend the disparate immature little gentlemen who leads you on that he is a member of the Nasar family until hes questioned about it and then he will admit he is not. I hate the fact that a pushy, unhelpful experience ruined my once highly regarded opinion of this business. Sorry Mr. Nasar.

Great experience. Louis and Steven were wonderful to work with for the design and build of our engagement/band ring. The price was fair and the quality exceptional. I wanted two things from my fiance when we picked up the ring. I wanted her break out in a monster grin and then say "this is it". She did both within a matter of minutes. This was one of the best days in my life and a wonderful start to our new life together. Kudos to Nasr Jewelers for being a part of it!!

I took my great grandmothers wedding ring that was passed down as my engagement to be sized and appraised. The price for both was amazing and the work was flawless. I then needed a custom band but was afraid of the price. The Nasr team did a great job! The band ooks like it was made with the ring from 50 years ago. I will continue to do business with them and refer family and friends.
