I must admit Paramount Jewerly Store is the truth! My fiancé had a bad Jewerly shopping experience. At Italian Jewerly in SouthWest Mall with the owner. He sold him a Fake Franko Chain for $3500.00. Yes I know that Crazy right!! He was Blessed to get all his money back. So when we went to Paramount Jewerly in Town East Mall. He was very skeptical about buying our Wedding Rings there. Sam really knows his stuff and met every aspect that my fiancé needed. To make him feel secure about our purchase! Not only did I get the ring I wanted, but he also got his Franko Chain. He got exactly what he been looking for , and at a Gr8 price to go with it! Thx, Sam for your Gr8 customer service and your empathy towards our past bad Jewerly shopping experience! The trip is worth going to see Sam at Paramount Jewerly! Youll be very happy that u did!

Paramount jewelers is ABSOLUTELY the best place to buy jewelry that I have found. They actually have great diamonds unlike major chain jewelry stores that only sell I1-I3 in clarity. They found the perfect ring to reset my diamond in and worked with me on the price to my complete satisfaction. They even had to do a little modifying on my ring and did the work and sized them for free. They had my rings ready to pick up in three days. Its the most beautiful ring I have ever seen. I could not be happier with my experience. Trust me this is the place to go. I have never left a review in my life but this company deserves the 10 mins of my time because they are just AWESOME!!!! They have a customer for life!!!

Was looking for a battery replacement for my watch since the shop I had been going to for years had been sold to people that were no longer professional, nor competent. Found Paramount Jewelers online and talked with Sam, who took care of my watch in about 2 hours or so that same day. Friendly, very helpful, and unlike the other shop that used to be my go to place, left no scratches of any kind on my watch. Picked up my watch the following day and Sam again was just as friendly. They have beautiful jewelry, very friendly staff, and this will now be where I take my 40+ watches. Without a doubt would recommend this place to anyone!

Sam is the best salesman Ive worked with. When my fiancé went to get a better understanding of what I liked Sam was patient in helping us and showing us various options. Then we went back to get my fiancés band and only trust to go back to him! He again listened to our opinions and likes/dislikes and helped us pick the perfect band. Great customer service and very attentive. I took my mother there to look for very unique tri color gold earrings that she had trouble finding from other jewelers. He went to extra mile to not only find it for her through a catalog but worked with her in pricing.

I love this place to the fullest my husband got me the most beautiful big ring from here and I love it they always help me if I need to get it cleaned or anything. Then we went to go get his ring and they had an exact one he wanted. They are so helpful and kind here to the fullest. OMG! These guys are AMAZING!!!!!! I HIGHLY recommend these guys! Well she didnt like it, and when I brought it back 3 days later, I was told I could exchange only, no refund. After complaining online, I received a refund, but I will still never return.
