My husband didnt get my bridal set here but when we needed to get them resized, because of the name, I chose to go here. HUGE MISTAKE. We turned in my set on May 28th and were told that it should be back in the store by June 14th (roughly 2 weeks); I had to call repeatedly to find out when my rings were going to be ready after the date they quoted and then had to threaten to go into the store and file a complaint because my rings still wasnt ready and they couldnt tell me when they were going to be there. I finally received a call today that they were ready to be picked up the only thing that was said was that it was brought in today because the customer "was upset" and they had them delivered. I will NEVER use this chain of jewellers again and when I told the manager that, all I got was an "okay"; as long as they get your money, they could care less what experience you have with them.

I have boughten several pieces of jewelry from this company and have never been treated how I was today. I walked into the store excited to be picking out an ENGAGEMENT ring.... However the woman who I talked to said I need to come back with my fiance. I told her that I was picking out my own ring. By the second time she mentioned I should come back when my fiance is with me, I got the hint and left.....It was CLEAR she didnt want to help me. I believe their staff needs to get with the times and realize many women are financial contributors to their household and not to mention if I dont like the ring, we arent buying it. They didnt just ruin an extremely exciting day for me but have lost my business indefinitely.

WORST COMMUICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I came to get my fiancé engagement ring in OCTOBER the ring was to big and they said they needed to get the right size, saying they will give me a call when ever the ring is here after I bought it. ITS JANUARY AND STILL NO CALL, i call them back and they said Im sorry we needed that ring that was to big in size.. they couldnt call me and tell me that months ago. I finally have the right size ring through this rude and unacceptable tolerance from people that do not care what so ever of your needs. NEVER AGAIN. EVER. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I had a wonderful experience! Me and my boyfriend went to look for an engagement ring together and they all were more than nice and helpful! It was really shocking when I saw the other reviews because my experience was absolutely flawless. It was my first time ever in one of the stores and I would definitely be returning, especially to the Mesquite location. Thanks ladies!!
