They have an aggressive German Shepherd behind the counter that barks and growls. It stoodup on its hindlegs and barked at me while I was trying to give my information for a ticket. I told them to forget it and took the item back and they told me to "get out". Never in my life have I been treated so poorly by a business. Perhaps if you cant control your animal you shouldnt bring them to work with you! Absolutely uncalled for.

I tried these guys out, about a year and a half ago, to get my engagement ring fixed and they were very polite and kind. They are very down-to-earth and its truly a homey shop. I recently went back in to get my ring fixed yet again, and I came out with a still positive and wonderful experience!
