Went in yesterday 8/25/16 to return a uniform item for work ( a mens belt). There was a lady in front of me with a package she had prepared herself. The man helping her told her that her box would be crushed and that it needed to go in a brown Fedex box. She said fine but then the man told her there would be a charge of $5 plus tax. After paying for shipping, her total was around $13 and change. She decided to go to the Post Office and left. I just needed a complimentary small white box, which the man at the counter already had one made up. I put the belt in the box and the return instructions and closed off the box. The man took the box and shook it and said "Well need to put some packing material in there to keep it from moving around. Thatll be $3.99." I thought "Its a belt. Its not fragile. Itll be fine." And after I try to reason with the man, he insisted that he was required to put packing material in the box. I finally said "Let me speak to your supervisor." He said "I am the supervisor" and stuck out his hand. He was so condescending and smug it really pissed me off. So, I took my belt and left. I went to the next closest Fedex store by the mall and went in with the same goal and lo and behold, the man there got a box, scanned the tag, printed out the tracking number and had me on my merry way! Not once did he mention anything about a silly $3.99 packing fee. Obviously this store is trying to upsell you on everything so they can nickel and dime you to death to get their sales up. Businesses that cheat the consumer like that dont deserve our hard earned dollars.

I have been shipping from this location for a while but lately have been VERY disappointed in this service, to the point where I will likely ship with other carriers and at other locations. One package of mine, that was dropped off with another, never got scanned so I had no idea where it was. It NEVER got scanned from Frisco, TX to NC!!! How does that happen? Then, my most recent package sat at the location for 3 days!!!! 3 days!!!! I run a business too and its MY ASS with my customers if they dont receive their package on time because FedEx keeps screwing it up! Not Impressed!

WiFi is terrible. Its unacceptable for an office location like this to have 100kb/s download speed. Took me 2 hours to do a print job that should have taken 20 minutes because I was jumping on Paneras wifi. This is the recommendation of the staff. "our WiFi sucks, use Panera". Staff knows its an issue but cant do anything. Corporate or Management needs to step up And fix! Staff is great but machines are constantly out of paper. Even early in the morning.

Its the worst demonstration of organization Ive seen in a shipping store. They have the same line for pick up and long process shipping while another person services only the once or twice a day print jobs.... and none of these guys have a customer service bone in their body or any comprehension of some level of urgency..... they move like snells and whisper 2-word sentences at you to ensure you have the most impersonal experience ever. Shame!

Five stars for the guy who delivers packages to my apartment! Im on the 3rd floor and he brought a dining table weighting 95 lbs! And he was bringing a heavy item before! I cant believe that he didnt have any help! It was supposed to be two people delivering heavy items! That is not humane!

I had an outstanding experience at the Frisco location. They have now saved the day for me twice in regard to having printing complete for a convention. I was extremely pleased with my service and will be returning here for future business.

They wanted to repack a box with nothing breakable in it and wanted to charge over $15 to do it. They "up sold" the person in front of me as well saying they "had to." Sent at Post Office with no problem. These people are money grubbers.

Ive always had bad luck with FedEx print centers being slow, poor customer, and expensive. This place was the exception. Very good experience! Will come back for other printing jobs soon

This is a good place to go if you dont have a printer or an office at home. But do take advantage of their printing services of business cards they are awesome and good quality.
