Every time I go to this Autozone, doesnt matter time of day, I end up waiting 15+ minutes in line to get service. When the manager was confronted about this his response to me was, in a polite way, that there is other options for customers not wanting to wait. In other words, I could go else where. And then added that when he shops at businesses he is patiently waits the un-necessarily long waits in line quietly. My response to this is that I WILL gladly take my business else where to businesses that are willing to properly staff their stores and not making their customers stand around for extended periods of time. Heck, just a week ago I went in there and waited 20 minutes to find out they didnt have my serpentine belt in stock and would have to order it. I went home and ordered it from Amazon prime and got it faster and $10 cheaper and I had many more choices to pick from than their 2 selections. Brick-and-mortar stores wake up! You are loosing chunks of your sales to online shopping and its because you are pushing us into the arms of Amazon and other online stores.

Not just me, but another customer parked next to me hated the customer service there. Busy evening and the only people working are two clerks and the manager. One of the clerks was 2 days new but I swear he tried harder than the rest to try to help. No one was really knowledgeable and the manager had a poor attitude towards friendly customer service. Manager told the person next to me they didnt have the oil for her car when the 2 day old guy found it easily and the manager grudgingly helped me remove a battery clamp on my corroded battery. Had to install the battery myself which I dont mind other than the fact that I wasnt even offer help installing the battery. The Autozone where I used to live in North Richland Hills was waaaaaay better when I went there years ago and they happily helped me replace a battery before. Good luck new guy

The girl there was very rude & Nasty. Just Moved here from out of state & used to love Auto zone because the people were so willing & eager to help you with whatever you needed. This place was the complete opposite experience. They were rude & nasty. Wouldnt help me find the right part for my car or assist me to put the battery terminal on my car because I didnt have the right tools. Had to call the Frisco police to help me install it because my car wouldnt start & they were more than willing. They were shocked that Auto zone wouldnt help me. Took the police officer 5 minutes & we were on our way. Long time Auto zone customer. Will never go back to another one.

I visited this store last Sunday and there was a line of people waiting to check out and only one person working the registers. There was another employee working, but he felt it was too important to do inventory work than to help customers. He wouldnt even look the customers in the eye and acknowledge you were there, just totally ignored everybody, i guess he was afraid he may have to help someone if they knew he knew they were there. I did not purchase anything and will not be back to this location.

A large biker man talked about football for 20 mins before attempting to help us. As we where trying to complete our purchases, he started helping customers behind us instead of helping us. After 30 mins of wasted time and gas I started to walk out. As he was helping other people he said he was about to start ringing us out. I refuse to shop at this location again. For a job where you just need to scan and accept totals my exeperince was unacceptable.

I went there not knowing what I was looking for. I walked up to the front desk and asked if the guy could help. I wish I could remember his name, but he checked out what was wrong with my car, got me the fluid I needed, and put it in my car FOR me. He also suggested a place to get my brakes checked that wouldnt take advantage of their customer. They will DEFINITELY be receiving my business again!

I have never had a problem getting help there , they r more than accommodating, and have gone above and beyond to help me , being single, that means a lot , and their prices r very good , they give best prices available, always pleased and good to know I can go somewhere and not b taken advantage of do to lack of knowledge in cars

This AutoZone is reliably great. Occasionally Ill find a disgruntled employee but usually they are laid-back, helpful, informative, and even willing to lend tools or a hand if needed. Saved me in many a pinch over the years.

This place is busy most of the time they do change their hours to meet the customers needs in the summertime versus the winter and also employs some very knowledgeable staff if they cant find it they will find it for you.
