I am amazed with the entire team at this store. Tonya, the store manager, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She values and takes excellent care of her customers. Shes also a stellar role model to her employees who strive to do better because of her example and leadership. My experience was made even better when I received help from their Sales Manager, Juan. I was struggling to swap out an oxygen sensor in my car and he literally came outside and helped overcome several challenges. I was ready to give up and couldnt have finished the job without him. Hats off to the entire team. Theyre AWESOME!!!

Awesome service and very friendly staff. Very knowledgeable! They (Jon) recently ran a diagnostic on my vehicle for free and provided me with a print out of the error codes which was ammunition to take to the Firestone across the street which performed a "supposed" tune up two weeks earlier. My vehicle had 8 error codes! Three of which were cylinder misfires! Now, lets see how Firestone addresses the problem.

Went in to have my battery checked and replaced. Robert helped me out and persisted to do the replacement himself when I told him I could save him the time. The staff was very friendly and pleasant to talk to while I waited. I dont write many reviews but my experience here really was nice enough for me to take the time to type this up. These guys are killing it!

One star it is too much for the service. My husband had to order 2 shoks and when he got them both were same side!!! Time, money. We have to pay mechanic labor for more time and pay more for the pice because they have to order the piece we wanted and of course will take more time. They should honor same price on that piece they have in stock.

Horrible customer service and very malicious employees. One particular staff member especially. I will never do do business with this autozone again due to OSCAR. I highly suggest that management replaces/terminates Oscar due to his lack of knowledge and horrible customer service and poor attitude.

Courteous, helpful & honest. Went in for a check engine light and blades. Monitor read needed a new fuel pump, he told me not to go straght to replacing a fuel pump since its pretty pricey it might be as simple as a fuel pump sensor.

I stopped by their store to pickup wiperblades for my car. I had problem with one of the blades I went into the store and asked for help and one of the store personnel went out and we finally got it installed.

Great service. They changed my battery that I bought from them, and he suggested pads and a lubricant to put on terminals. The person that helped me was great. I would highly recommend this store!!!!

I needed an alternater immeadiately and could not wait till tomorrow they had one in stock and they tested my car and the new one multiple times because I was nervous. They were very nice as well

I was told they cant test an alternator because their tester will only accept their Duralast brand. Went to OReillys instead and they were able to test with no issues.
