we arrived at a slow point to get some exhaust parts that we didnt have in stock to finish up a cat. exhaust job. two employees at the counter helping two customers. we waited for our turn as they were both busy. meanwhile, a line forms behind us, and after 20 minutes (no exageration, several of us discussed the time envolved while waiting) Arnold P. finishes with his customer. he then says something to the gentleman over buy the battery rack and then something to the line. all the spanish speaking people go over to the cash register by the door, leaving the black guys, the white guys, and the one asian guy standing there in line. If this corperation wants to only do business with mexicans and mexican americans, then quit waisting everyone elses time. luckly, there is an orielys a couple of blocks up on 423, this is where we will go from now on, and this is where we now send our customers. Corperate had nothing to say on the matter, so they must allow or respect the practice.

Let me preface this with the fact that I know nothing about cars of anything automotive and that its my opinion that its the employees job to help and educate the customer with any questions they may have. This is also the first time Ive ever taken the time to write a review of anything, good or bad. Visited this store half a dozen times each time worse service. Went today and after being ignored for about 10 minutes I was finally approached and asked what I needed. The employee was unwilling to help me, made me feel stupid for the questions that I asked and I left without giving them my business. This autozone seems to have a track record of poor service and disrespect from my experience and the reviews of others. I would NOT recommend anyone to visit this store unless they want to be disrespected, made to feel dumb about something that theyre not an expert in and waste 30 minutes of their valuable time coming to the same conclusion.

Every time I come here the staff are always helpful and friendly. I dont feel like they try to get me to buy unnecessary parts, its just about how they can help their customers the best. I love the person to person help. Always ask how they can to help you as soon as you come in the door. Today I was helped by Earnest who was great, help and friendly. Keep up the great work guys!!!

If you need to fix or replace something simple(battery, wipers, air filters, etc), then do it yourself and save yourself some money. It is always much cheaper than what an autocare company would charge. The items I always need are in stock and the employees are helpful!

The staff is not helpful at all. I asked for assistance in replacing my air filter after my purchase. The rep said he couldnt because there was no one else in the store for him to be outside helping. Weird..there was three other guys at the register.
