Great prices. Relatively friendly. However, they told me I didnt need and they didnt know what a crush ring was for my oil filter. They also seem to never be able to answer the phone. It will simply ring endlessly. I also had that same guy tell me the same thing regarding my Subaru, then I took my Subaru to Muscatel and they thought that was very strange (that he couldnt erase my warning light codes that were a result of me changing my battery). They advertise this service for goodness sake - just do it!

The old man that works there wouldnt let me use the code scanner and said if I were to erase my check engine code he could be fined $10,000. This is simply not true. I went to ORileys across town and did what I set out to do. This same old man has been nothing but a nuisance the last 6 years that I wasnt willing to avoide the place. Ive received a 5yr degree from NDSU and lived close, but would usually go elsewhere if I could stand the trip because of this guy.

Ive never had a problem with this store. Ive bought some touch up paint for my Honda, an air filter, a new battery, a dent repair kit, and some other misc. items and their system always finds the right thing for me. One thing to note is that they are only open til 9 even though it says 10pm on the web.

My battery died in the middle of winter and I needed a quick replacement! I brought my car to AutoZone, they found a battery that was compatible with my car in no time. They even installed it for me for free. Great and fast service in an emergency.

after reading the other reviews I was worried. After I went there I found readily available help, the lady manager actually helped install the new car battery. Quick, easy, no problem

Close by and has a good supply of parts in stock. Friendly and helpful service. Not experts, but willing to work with the customer to find the right parts.

I have had some difficulties with service as well. Depending on who is working it can be a real pain in the butt, because they are not very helpful.

I have real good luck with auto zone.always help fuel.and if they dont have what u need they will help u find it.even if its at another auto store

Poor stock situation. They did not have any of the 19 parts for 3 domestic vehicles I came for in stock.
