Horrible communication they gave me the wrong parts and the boss Angelo said to trust him that hes been doing it for 20 years. And I went home back to Arkansas and the parts were wrong. So I went to take them back. And get my money back and the main boss Angelo was "never" there. We have tried to call and resolve the issue and hes failed to give us our money back or even find a resolution. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. I repeat do not buy anything. And if you do. Make sure the parts are the right parts before you do. We are trying to get their salvage license revoked as we speak. We have called countless times. This business is very shady.

Worst DFW auto salvage is what they need to change their name to. Price gougers and they like to screw people around. They told me they had the parts i needed and quoted me a price that was twice what other wrecking yards in the area told me. Since they were the right color o figured it was worth it. I left to go get the money from the atm and when i got back he says oh we just sold the car after i already signed a reciept. Lame and unprofessional. They dont have a very good selection anyway. Piss poor business. Do yourself a favor go any where but here.

HORRIBLE, AWFUL SERVICE! No courtesy at all and no word of honor! Jesse kept saying he will call back; he gave the money to the driver already; he will come soon, etc. etc.---none happened and he had the nerve to leave work without making a courtesy call that it aint gonna happen after waiting for hours for something to happen, and the subsequent person who took his place insisted that their driver is STILL going to come after all. And then, NOTHING---and eventually their phone is dead to replies!!! Do NOT bother!

They didnt have my unusual request for an actuator for an 02 Lincoln LS, but called back , let me know what they did have and that would not be a good alternative . Dina then called me back later and had located a salvage yard with 4 doors and so actuators are probably there. i appreciate her efforts, and learned that the guy folks had complained on was no longer there. Id call that great customer service and effort. Dina was also VERY pleasant and upbeat.

My company is in Florida, i ordered a transmission and sent certified check, they cashed it and never sent the transmission, then they say theyre going to send a refund, i keep calling them and they say its going to be sent out, now its 4 months and the refund still isnt here just more excuses, now im suing them for my money and all fees and expenses.

The employee wasnt trying to help me. I literally called and asked if they had a "Radiator drain petcock", he said no right away, I said "so this salvage yard has no radiators"? He said "uh no". Barely spoke English, didnt care about what I was saying, didnt ask anything about it. HORRIBLE customer service.

Hate service, the lady is so freaking rude, they dont have the parts when they promise you, the owner hides from us because he didnt have parts or money to give back! They make you go to their bussines in vein, excuses...excuses they full of them. HORRIBLE ... AVOID THIS BUSSINES IS THE WORSE!!!!!

Called to see if they had a lower bumper for Chrysler pacifica or just the fog light. I didnt even give the man the name of the part, just the make and model and he immediately said we dont have Chrysler! How do you know if you didnt even check! HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE!!!!
