As someone else said, bad customer service! Ive had good luck with both Napa (other locations) and OReillys, so Ive never really had a preference when I need to pick something up. Today changed that, at least for the 3301 Main Ave location. I didnt catch his name, but "Emp. 921" (according to the receipt) was extremely rude and impatient. Apparently, he doesnt understand that he is in a job that requires customer service skills. He has a job because customers like me pay Napa money. I was asking a few questions about different things and he was really letting me know how inconvenient I was for him. I just about left my items on the counter and walked out. If I had more time to go somewhere else, I would have done just that. My advice, go to OReillys right down the road.

I have been having problems for the past week or so with my car not starting and the battery drained everytime I turned it off for w period of time and so naturally a good place to start would be checking the battery. It was charged and checked at auto zone. They said that everything checked out and the battery was fine. Only to find out after another day of the same problem that my bsttery wasnt good. It was completely shot and if it wasnt for Andy I wouldnt have ever known.he went above and beyond what I could have ever asked for. I will not be going anywhere but to Napa and their amazing manager . :) Thank you

Brought in some brake pads which were prematurely separating from the backing. The employees were happy to replace them under warranty. Very friendly and great service.
