Today I went in this store with a smile on my face, but I left feeling very angry and frustrated an hour after I walked in, without buying anything. I was in the art supply aisle to buy some markers. At this store, they kept them locked. Anyways, I went to a service desk and asked for them to be unlocked, so they made an announcement asking someone to assist me. I waited 10+ minutes and nobody ever came. I went back and asked that they make another announcement. This happened THREE TIMES, and nobody ever came to help me. I had wasted valuable time at a store which doesnt value their customers. I suggest you go anywhere else before considering going here. I am never going here again.

do NOT go to this location . I do art and like to buy things from hobby lobby. So I bought some art supplys on my birthday and my pack of markers went out soon after I got them. By then I already threw away the packaging but I wasnt going to keep something that doesnt work. There were two girls that worked there and actually tests them to see if I was lying. AND they quizzed me to see if I used them. Which was a no. Then they THREW them away like they didnt trust me or something. I bought them on tax day and they were $10.99. They only gave me the didcount part of the money back which was $6.59. They are ridiculous and they dont have that many art supplys.

I am a member of PTA, always a room mother, and always doing crafts for my church , so we spend a lot of time and money here BUT We will NEVER go back to this location....never ever!!!! After spending an hour of my time picking out items I needed to finish my daughters homecoming mum I went to check out. The total came to $689! Which was obviously a mistake and the lady behind me in line and I laughed. The cashier then had to ring up all the items again (this was no big deal to me...I was in no hurry) but the cashier was pissy about her mistake. Then my total came to $59.45. Much better, I handed her a $100 bill and she said she wasnt sure if she had change

It is great to have a store full of wonderful merchandise but the customer service is poor! A lady stood the entire time gossiping with another employee even though people had questions. I asked another lady for help and she rudely pointed and said, "its over there somewhere! Im busy!" The check out guy was really unfriendly too. Its odd, youd think theyd be happy to have a job especially one at a craft store! Ill try shopping somewhere else next time...

Love this place, way too much! The range of products, the reasonable prices, the clean, friendly atmosphere (with the exception of one tired old cashier) make it very inviting. I have a large number of craft interests from sewing, to decorating, painting, knitting and scrapbooking. Skip Michael"s and JoAnnes and come here and save lots of money! It is also nice that they unabashedly observe the sabbath by closing on Sunday.

Helpful and friendly staff, when you can find them! These stores are becoming more and more like an abandoned vaporwave shopping mall. New age music fills the air while you wander endlessly looking for your 3M adhesive while potpourri fills your nostrils.

This is a very cool place and the spot to go for things such as decorations, art, and so much more. If youre into scrap-booking, building model planes, painting, knitting, and decorating then this is the place you need to go.

Best craft and hobby store in town. All new merchandise, great prices, Christian owned. Offer seasonal decorations, Bible School crafts, all craft and hobby supplies, and home decor, furnishings.
