Worst Store in the Nation. Manager older fat short guy treats people like crap. Discriminates people . Too bad the store had such good values. Manager did not honor price match from other stores in Austin and instructed employee to send stuff back to Hobby Lobby Warehouse rather than matching another store price? all this so that I wouldnt buy the items? The manager made a decision of not selling me the items? that to me is discrimination. Having to do a return there is the worst nightmare, they are not friendly at all, They like to take your money but they dont honor what it says on the back of the receipt "Hobby Lobby values customer satisfaction ... at least not that manager. Avoid going to this store, goto Michaels, Jo Anns Fabrics or anywhere else but here. Short staffed, long lines, long wait. then you have to argue the prices that are offered in printed material. I will follow with a complaint with the state also. We are consumers and if people dont do anything they will continue to take advantage of customers.

Went to purchase party supplies a few days ago for a party Im hosting this weekend and I realized I needed another set of a particular item I was missing so I decided to go back to the store today. I went to the aisle where I had originally found the item well the store was out of the item and after a good amount of time running around the entire store I finally found someone that was willing to help and didnt dodge me at first glance just to find out they dont restock until Tuesday but that I could ask the cashier to locate the item at another store if we still needed it so as I was checking out I asked the cashier at the exchange/return if she could locate an item for me and all she said was that once theyre out theyre out and that she doesnt have access to other stores stock system and wasnt willing to call or assist us in any way but we could look them up and find them ourselves. Thanks for the help Hobby Lobby. I will definitely not return to the Round Rock locations S-52 R-5 T-0491 Cassandra H

I just visit this store to buy some craft supplies for my business and was really disappointing. First, the lady in the fabric department treat us, my daughter of 7 year old and me very nice. Then we were looking for carving wood or foamy and we ask for help to one floor employees and with awful actitud just point to the end of the hall. She was up set just because we ask her to help us. I will never come back to this store. The customer service is awful and the associates dont know how to treat people.

The HL located at La Frontera Village is ok. Inventory is very limited. If you need more than 2 or 3 of the same items/related itens, you more than likely wont get it here. Everytime we go to this store, they dont have what we needed. We needed 3 sports wall plaques as seen online but the store only had two. Same with the wall sconces and vases! I do not get it. The store clerks told me they dont carry extra stock in the back. Everything delivered is placed on the floor. Ridiculous.

Terrible! I found a pillow that was miss marked for 2.99. When I took it to the register the cashier was in disbelief that it was only 2.99 so he asked the manager on duty (charlie), and Charlie continued to say that "someone" changed the tag. The tag was clearly NOT TAMPERED WITH and it was MISS MARKED. Charlie would NOT HONOR THE PRICE. I have never been so humiliated in my life! Not an honorable store and I will NEVER GO BACK!

The (La Frontera location) cashiers are generally pleasant, but the managerial staff seem to be frazzled at best, and surly at worst. The regular prices are incredibly high--especially since many items are resin and/or not very high quality. Its advisable to only shop for items that are on the weekly 50% sale.

The store is always clean with helpful staff. I couldnt find an item so I asked a staff member who was walking by and she immediately knew what I was asking about and took me straight to it. Thats the kinds of service Hobby Lobby is known for!
