Probably my worst experience at a hobby lobby. Every time Ive been in any of their locations Im ALWAYS greeted and constantly asked if Im doing ok. Not one employee said a word to me the whole 30 minutes I was walking around. I was looking for very specific items and had no idea where to even start looking. Everyone seemed too busy to step away and ask if I was doing okay as I walk up and down the same isles 3-4 times. I finally asked a woman and she automatically seemed bugged that I would even talk to her. She just pointed at what isle the item I needed was in and left it at that. Asked another employee where a different item was and as I was explaining what I need it for she Inturrupted and said "ok so you need this time???" Didnt want to listen long enough to know WHY I needed it and needed to make sure it was the right one. Cashier wasnt much better. Very dull look on her face and seemed inconvenienced that I was in her line to check out. Not sure what stick was up everyones butt today but Im not too happy with this new hobby lobby. Maybe they need to retrain all of their employees or start with a fresh crew. Im a manager in retail and if any of my associates treated a customer like this, I assure you they wouldnt be acting like that after I talk to them. Not how you run a successful business.

Love this store ! Would have given 5 stars if it wasnt for their business hours - they close too early, they should at least be open until 9:00 ! ( by the time most people get home from work and eat dinner its already 6:30 - 7:00, closing at 8:00 doesnt allow most working people or school kids with after school sports needing supplies adequate time to shop. And being closed on Sunday is rediculous as Sunday is a great day to shop for fun and start new crafting projects.

Handicapped parking is on the side of store. No sign anywhere to let you know. I had taken a friend that is in wheelchair and we had to park a good way from door not seeing any any signs about parking on side. After we did get in store couldnt get anyone to help get things from top for her but had no problem ask her to move out of their way so they could take some inventory by her. Plus the handicap parking is almost like parking half way down the middle of parking lot.

New location is nice and as always, great stuff...the staff though...whole different story. So rude and not friendly at all...Not just one or two, but each encounter with different employees were uncomfortable and felt like we were bothering them and like they HATED their job. Ive worked in retail before so I get it, some days suck, but weve gone multiple times and multiple employees have all the same awful attitude.

I love this Hobby Lobby. Easy access in/out which is great bc the area is very busy. Those that only gave it 1 * need to know the store moved across hwy 35. It now faces hwy 35 on the NW side next to Uncle Julios restaurant. Those that drove an hour then were mad it wasnt in the old location shouldve called the store bc it is indeed still in that are only 1/4 mi away. Bummer.

I love Hobby Lobby, but this store is only one in the Alliance NOTORIOUS for racial profiling. I walked in the store and before I could even get my bearings (because every store has inventory in different sections), I was being followed by a manager. They are so OBVIOUS its annoying. I got what I needed and got the hell out of there. TOO BAD YOU MISSED OUT ON MORE $$$$$.

I love Hobby Lobby but I was so disappointed when the cashier rejected my Retail Me Not coupon on my phone. Ive been coming here for months and never had a problem using these coupons before and suddenly its "policy" that they dont take them? I just said forget it and left without the items.

Always great service. If theres something you need and its not on sale, theres always the 40%off coupon on the app. If you can wait a week a maybe two, most items are on rotation and go on sale regularly.

Very hard for me to get in and out quickly because they have so much to look at. Great prices always seem to have what I want on sale. I wish they were open on Sundays.

Where is the handicap parking? I was there on 5-6-09 couldnt find handicap parking, no signs or painted spaces. I know it is a new store but doesnt Texas require them?
