This review is solely for the framing department: I brought a big scarf to be framed a month ago. I chose a frame and mat. The lady told me it would be ready in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, the woman calls to tell me she forgot to put the order in the computer so it will be another 2 weeks. Finally, the day it is supposed to be ready, I call to make sure its ready to go and am informed that they didnt realize they didnt make the mat in that particular size so they went ahead and framed it without the mat. If I still wanted to pick out a matting, they would have to redo the framing which would be another 2 weeks. I understand new employees will make mistakes, but I wouldve expected a phone call to explain the issue, not assume I wanted it framed matless. (I know, first world problems...) Full disclosure: they gave me a small discount, but I will never go back for framing.

Unbelievable unprofessional service. I called in on a Friday to order 3 bolts of felt fabric and was told to expect it to arrive the following Thursday. So I call the store the following Thursday to see what time I should expect it to arrive. To my surprise, I received a response from the fabric department stating "Oh the warehouse was out of that fabric, so we did not place the order." I had to bite my finger when I heard that... Having a party coming up the following weekend and working on a budget and time crunch did not help me take this news lightly. The right thing to do wouldve been to call me immediately after they heard the warehouse was out of the fabric to let me know, so I could change my order. Be weary of making future bulk orders through their store...

You know... sure, this place isnt the best or the coolest craft store in town. But who doesnt know what it is? They usually have something I need, and its pretty affordable. The service might not be the greatest every time, its hit or miss- but with the hit times, thats enough for me to ignore the misses. I think its pretty awesome that the fabric is "always on sale" for the larger rolls.

Impossible to find friendly and helpful staff + the store is a maze without any clear indication of what is on each aisle. When I finally found sales help, since the aisles arent even numbered, her explanation of where to find what I was looking for got me even more lost! Stick to the smaller-sized chain craft stores for what you need.

Hobby Lobby is a business whos owners support ideas Im diametrically opposed to. They support the Chinese factories whos employees are children in slave labor Hobby Lobby was recently busted for stealing over Five thousand arifacts from the ear torn middle East. Its well known that ISIS traffics in those kind of antiquities.

The framing department is excellent! The (semi) new manager is a delightful fellow. The bathrooms continue to be in deplorable condition. And there continues to be a long wait at the registers. Parking is easy. Access is good. The aisles are generally clear and easy to navigate. Fabric department sales are terrific!

Its convenient and they carry everything. Wish they would expand fabric choices given that Hancock had gone out of business. There are always lines at the register with clerks available doing other things. They need to pay attention to this much better!

Always fun to go through here, but there is SO MUCH JUNK in here. Just plain ole JUNK (mainly from China) and the prices for it (toys and stuff) are always high! MAKE SURE to bring up a coupon on your phone at checkout. They always accept it.

Great selection of hobby and home decoration items. Good sales, but on certain items are on rolling sale, so it might be worth waiting if you can. Far larger than other craft stores. Lots of parking and easy to get in/out.

I always end up with some kind of glitter, fuzz, or some worker too busy polishing a mason jar for any help. Air-conditioned is the saving grace, and overpriced items you cant find elsewhere..
