Waited in a 15 minute line to check out. Once I finally was able to check out, their "system was down" and could only run debit cards as credit. After I checked out, I realized that I accidentally bought two of something and I immediately asked the checkout girl (girl #1) if I could return it. Girl #1 said that she couldnt return it at her register, but the girl on the first register (girl #2) could. I waited in another 10 minute line at the first register, and when I arrived, girl #2 said that she couldnt return it because I bought it with credit (which I had to do because the system was down...). I told her that girl #1 told me to come over to her to return my item. Girl #2 asked girl #1 about returning items, to which girl #1 replies that, indeed, no items can be returned that were bought with credit. Girl #1 had JUST told me to come wait in girl #2s line after checking me out with credit.. How stupid do you have to be?! I never got my money back and I am never returning to this Hobby Lobby. All of my business will be going to Michaels from now on.

The layout and pricing can be confusing. Sometimes there are good deals, while certain items are always too expensive. Less of an art store, and more of a bland, overly/ overtly religious, bored-housewife store. Still, I spend lots of money there.

This store doesnt differ from any other hobby lobby Ive been to. Its clean but understaffed. Nothing special, nothing awful. I found the clay i needed after searching a while. Could benefit from some signage or isle numbers.

Great gift items. Seasonal and floral selections are top notch. Scrapbooking, craft, and jewelry supplies are extensive. Sewing and fine art are adequate. Very expensive to shop here. Buy when things are on sale.

This is bc a typical Hobby Lobby. It is larger than others that Ive been to. The selection is pretty good. My one complaint is the store is half or more of finished home furnishings instead of crafting supplies.
