I went to the framing department to find 2 frames for 2 antique samplers that I just purchased. The gentleman in the framing department could not have been nicer or more helpful. He didnt push items or finishes that I did not need. He suggested 2 frames and helped me with mounting ideas. I told him the samplers were approx. 130 years old but were not in the greatest shape. I did not want to purchase costly framing and he was extremely helpful. I love the neighborhood atmosphere of Michaels (not too big or overwhelming). You know exactly where items are and can shop easily.

With a coupon that you can use from their app, there is almost no reason why you cant not afford anything in the store. The place is very well kept and the employees are nice. Just be warned that since its the only Michaels in the area, they do get buys. And when I mean busy I mean you better get a snack while you wait in line. Despite the amount of people that can show up for a sale, the place seems to always have what you need in stock.

CALLED MICHAELS TO ASK FOR PRICE ON A FONDANT THEY HAVE, THE LADY THAT ASSISTED ME MADE ME WAIT 20 MINUTES AND STILL DID NOT ASSIST ME . I HAD TO HANG UP THE CALL . I CAN SEE THAT CUSTOMERS DONT MATTER . THE FACT THAT I WAS WAITING 20 MIN SHOWED ME THAT MY CALL WAS NONE OF THEIR INTREST .

Took a framed print in to have it redone after attempting to frame it myself -- Lenny was very helpful, knowledgable, and most of all, completed it in 20 minutes while we waited. His work was excellent and he saved us a trip back. We appreciated his thoughtfulness and professionalism.

This is where I came to do my shopping for both of my baby shower prizes. They have awesome things for $1 that are super cute to give as prizes and it doesnt look cheap. They have great deals on everything crafty. Love coming here.

You can find almost everything you could need there for any crafting project eveb things you dont need. they can have some big prices at time but they also provide a lot of coupons and discounts so it makes it easier to afford

Very reasonable and prices always have what I need if I need something special for my artwork or my crafts thats the place I go I do airbrushing and they have small supply of air brush stuff but still the pricing is great

Great stuff. You can send all day here. You can get ideas and buy the stuff to make them. They also have different craft classes. Restrooms are smelly and floor is sticky. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
