I wish I could leave zero stars since this store is horrendous. I have been to several Hobby Lobby stores such as McAllen and San Antonio and they are far nicer and have more friendly employees. This Harlingen store used to be a main stop for me until recently. Completely new cashiers and rude unhelpful managing staff put it now on my "do not enter" list. Staff is very un helpful and often times told me they did not carry an item even if I had purchased item before and simply needed to see when more would be back in stock. Managers didnt want to answer general questions and advised me to "stand in line and ask the cashier". Aside from the rude staff, the store itself is in poor shape. Merchandise crates are often stacked in the scrapbooking section obstructing passageways and items are hardly ever in stock. I have been waiting for an entire section of floral stems to be restocked for weeks! When I ask about them I am told come back on a Thursday after they get shipment. They have yet to obtain them. Having large empty spots on shelves throughout the store is very unattractive and shows they are seriously lacking when it comes to ordering enough product. Rude employees, messy store, and frequently out of stock products are what this store boasts. Do your self a favor, do your craft shopping else where.

The employees are rude and the management is worst . I bought a few rustic flower pots that were on sell from 7.99 to 4 dollars . When it was time to pay they price them at 20.00 and gave me the 50% off on sell deal they had going on that week . When I went up to pay my total added to 100 I knew something wasnt right . I ask to speak to the manager and showed him all I had purchase and told him she added wrong . Long story short they only gave me 5 dollars back and they screwed me out of 60 dollars !!! Never going back to that store . Please everyone shopping here do your calculation before you go to the register so this wont happen to you.

I called in looking for a certain item they put me on hold to go look..went to go run errand. Still on hold...got hung up on. Called back..put me back on hold...got to the store still on hold..I hung up walked in and told one of the ladies what I was looking for that I called in and she just points and was like "its over there" I told her okay thanks...SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! SMH. and they get paid more than minimum wage.. wow! They need to put it at minimum wage so maybe they could help customers more!!

Eh, didnt like it too much. Id prefer Michaels. Saw some stuff on sale but most of it was broken. Went to the beading area and alot of the wire and metal didnt look like it was tarnish resistant, but I wouldnt know for sure because it didnt have that info on the packages.

I called to ask if they carry a certain item. The employee not only told me "yes," but also checked the price, how many on the shelf, and told me about similar products in the same area. I appreciate them taking the time! :)

Four times bigger then Michaels, they have a large fabric area and my personal favorite the rows and rows of seasonal clearance!! Im hooked on hobby lobby and I drive in 30 minutes from Brownsville! Weekly!
