This is a store that has some REALLY great employees. Recently had a visit to the frame shop - an older woman helped me who was super sweet, and helped me quickly and efficiently. I have framed several pieces of art here.... the quality is usually above average, I believe. I used to work in a frame shop in college, so Im kinda picky. If you can catch a framing sale, it is not a bad deal. The bad? I truly believe that Michaels has the slowest checkout cashiers I have ever seen, in the US or a foreign country. The tacky? You might have thought it was the fake ficus trees... but no, I was talking about the teenager who answered the phone tonight who sounded like she was chewing gum.... and a little irritated that someone would call at five minutes till closing.

This is a nice Michaels location. Plenty of parking. The store feels a bit cramped (its older) but they have all you could ever need to craft away! The staff is very helpful in navigating the store so dont be afraid to ask if you cant find what you are looking for. Little tip to - check Retail Me Not for coupons before you walk in - there is always one available for 40-50% off a full-priced item.

Hate this location, the people here are super rude and dont even know their own store policy. I go to the Michaels at Great Hills and Lakeline regularly. This store is nothing compared to those. Its an older one, but the employees are super snooty and always busy doing nothing to help you. Id rather make the trip to the other ones than go here and get be-littled by the employees.

I absolutely LOVE this place! Theyre always giving coupons away that slash their prices in half and sometimes even more, up to 80% Ive seen in a lot of cases. Plus, their custom framing business in the back of the store is the only place Ill ever go to frame anything I really care about. Just make sure you use a coupon because it can get really pricey if you dont.

Pretty good selection, and good coupons. I was hoping to find a larger quantity of colored twine (there are unique colors, but you can only buy a small amount), and more vinyl choices (I have a silhouette, not a cricut), but overall they have a selection that fills in some of the gaps missing from other craft stores.

Im crafty so this place is right up my alley. Keep an eye out for their coupons because they are usually awesome. Also they offer tons of coupons online frequently so check that out before you go shopping.

i crochet a lot ..this is a really good place for yarn. they have very good deals and every week they a 40% coupons which help me a lot in buying the stuff from them.

Good selection and clean store. Floor associates can be helpful but after a couple of visits the cashiers are grumpy and snotty. Ill stick to Hobby Lobby.
