Great decor..pricey. However, customer service/management need to really outweigh their advantages/disadvantages . The store on Trenton did not have an item I really liked and gave me a rain check and since the store on Ware Rd did not answer their phone (no surprise) ; I went by in person a few days later. They had the item which was less than $10 but I was taking some other items priced about a total of $30. You would think the manager would allow the rain check but no. To top it off their "CSN" was more concerned about who would dare give me that raincheck from the other store. Wow. I left everything behind. Keep your customers happy..I could imagine if the item I wanted was a lot more then I would see an issue from store to store..cmon

Very well organized store. Always find more than what I had gone to shop. Employees are always helpful. Always use theb40% off coupon that is provided for regular priced items online. I personally love the music that is played through the intercom while shopping it is very relaxing and helps by clearing your mind. Happy shopping!!!

The first time i entered this store i was fascinated with all the cars stuff things they have but everything is overpriced and after going sometimes, its very VERY boring to be in the store for more than 10 minutes.
