If you are interested in the artistic side of woodworking, beyond just building a cabinet, or a basic bookshelf, this is definitely the place to go! Dont get me wrong, because they have everything you need to do any kind of woodwork you want to do. But beyond that, they carry a super selection of wood carving tools of every description and to fit any budget. They have CNC wood carving equipment, and the really nice "Razertip" wood burning sets, and all manner of other amazing advanced wood working tools and equipment. Ben and a nice English chap fixed me up with a "Razertip" wood burning set, and I am having a ball with it! But beyond the products they carry, all of the sales staff I have met are "doers" with real knowledge about wood working, woodworking tools and equipment. This knowledge and the willingness to share it is something you probably wont find at any of the big box outfits, and maybe not at your corner hardware store either, if you even still have one of those close to where you live. Thanks for your help, Woodcraft! I live well over an hours drive away, but look forward to my next opportunity to come in, look around, and talk "wood" with your knowledgeable and friendly staff!

I frequent this Woodcraft because it is close to my house. They are a great resource for speciality woodworking supplies when you are in a bind and need it now. Their average price of products tends to reflect this. Still helpful for odds and ends that require getting your hands on the product to make a decision. 4 stars for a couple of reasons. Although their wood selection is diverse, their average Bd. Ft. pricing is a little steep. The customer service is generally great, but at times I have had less than exemplary interactions.

Three times Ive visited this site, and walked away twice without anything. The sales associates are so busy trying to up-sale to the customer that they fail to listen to the wants and needs of the patron. If Im there with the mindset of purchasing something for $65, stop trying to sell me something I dont want for $175. Let me buy what I want. And attempting to confuse me, and make me feel as if I am clueless isnt a good sales pitch.

Great place. Lots of products that are quality and useful. Very knowledgeable staff; thats why I shop there, they know their stuff and offer first hand advice. Kelly, Joel, and John are my go to people. I never feel like they try and up-sell me on products I need.

They have a ton of stuff here but the wood is REALLY expensive compared to the couple other places in town. Its nice but it is my last resort.
