I went in looking for dry citric acid to clean metal without causing rust. I googled citric acid as I have never seen nor purchased. Jo-Ann popped up showing they are a retailer. Its within 5 minutes of my house - I thought perfect! I walk into the store wondering what section this could possibly be in... After about five minutes, I find an employee and walk up to her with my phone out and the product pulled up on the Jo-Ann website to show her a picture of what Im looking for. I asked her if she knew where this was, her reply well do we sell it?? I said well its showing it on the website... very blunty she says Just because its on our website doesnt mean we sell it Geez! I just said ok thank you and she NEVER EVEN SAID Youre welcomed - she just walked off. I walked into the store happy and left feeling as if I could flip someone off!

Good selection, low prices, helpful staff. The store is always clean and organized, it is easy to locate what you are looking for. the only negative thing i have to say isnt about the store at all but the patrons, they are snutty, rude, entitled people that definitely have an opinion about who should be able to shop in "their" store

Annette in the fabric cutting counter has a number system that she doesnt use. First she walked away as I was approaching her and then she decided to help a customer that walks up to the counter after me and that did not even take a number. Whats the point of having a take a number system?

Good management, kind and helpful staff, and great bargains in almost every department. The cashier helpfully suggested I check my email for coupons before checking out -- saving me 20% off my entire purchase! I am a devoted customer.

Price tags are misleading, they have a sale on something and put an almost identical item next to it that a dollar or so more to where you get to the counter its almost too late, go to hobby lobby!
