I was in the store looking for a Christmas tree that was advertised as Black Friday deals. Picked out what I wanted and older salesman told me that he will check to see whether there were any remaining in the back. i waited 10 minutes and he never came back. And while I waited another person sold the last unit in front of me. I appreciate the fact that you chose to look the other way as I am not white. Racism truely was evident in this case! I will never give any business to Michaels.

This place is advertised as a craft store but is really meant for home decor. I can never find the yarn I need, they also lack fabrics but carry many childs crafts and toys. They have a wide selection of storage bins, boxes, picture frames and seasonal decor including tons of plastic flowers... its a little closers than Jo Anns and this is the only reason I sometimes visit Michaels. 3 stars for a strange variety of stuff....

Always a great place to get pictures framed for a good price and professional work. I additionally find nice seasonal deals here for party decorations or special events as needed. Its not a place that I come to often, but when I need framing of a picture, a cake decorating set/item, or need to make-shift a project repair they have the odds and ends that you need.

Picking up some art supplies as a present to support my wifes new hobby. Not only did they have great deals, but Betty went above & beyond to help me wrap them. Im so glad I went to Michaels instead of Hobby Lobby & best customer service Ive received anywhere for sometime.

Came in 15 min before my appointment. Car was done with rotation, balance, and air pressure check (and adjustment) before my original appointment was was supposed to start. Super friendly folks too. Definitely will be back.

This location offers a good amount of materials in a relatively small location. They offer quiet browsing, Ive never been bothered by the staff while looking. The frames department does a decent job as well.

Decent selection and worth going to look around for art supplies. Always check for coupons on their website. Their sketching and drawing supplies are a little sparse - though they cover other crafts better.
