Never answer the phone, would rather go to another parts store if this is the kind of customer service they offer. I used to work at Autozone and understand that whenever someone calls, you at least answer and tell them to hold because that is a new customer.

Poor customer service. Skinny white dude and Mexican hiding behind counter in parts isle looking suspicious and gossiping instead of helping out with parts. Dont recommend in Denton. Manager must be a scumbag like the stooges working there today. Thank you
