I was trying to get a headlight bulb, but I pulled the wrong one from my car. I went back to the store and told the guy(fat Hispanic guy), that it was my mistake and that I pulled the wrong bulb. He told me pulled the one you need so you don t damage any more merchandise. I went back to my car and while I was trying to pulled the right bulb, the bulb suddenly turned back on. I went back to the store and I told the Manager (white/male) the situation. He started to work on the refund and all that, when he gave me the money back he threw the coins on my hand, and he said thank you in a very sarcastic manner. Horrible service considering that an Oreilley is right next door.

At first I was happy with my experience. I needed a new battery and the employee was very helpful in testing my old battery and getting me a new one. He installed it quickly and I was on my way. However, the next day I went to start my car up and was getting 0 power to the vehicle. Not even the engine clicking. I was forced to call AAA and we found out that the connection to the battery was completely loose. The employee hadnt even tightened the connections correctly. So one wasted AAA visit and a bunch of wasted time later and I know I wont be returning to this Autozone.

Ive been to a few AutoZone store and usually they pretty nice, but the employees at this store werent really too polite. In fact they were a little condescending in regards to the issues that I had with my vehicle. The only reason I went there is because they were closer to my house, but Id rather drive the extra mile or 2 to a OReillys or Advance Auto Parts just to avoid the lack of customer service I received here.

Tyler T. has been so helpful today! He spent over 20 minutes replacing my air filter and it was freezing outside! When I insisted that I can come another time he didnt make me feel like a bother at all. He was really great and provided AWESOME customer service. I will definitely be returning because of him.
