What can I say? I found the part I wanted online at another NAPA location in stock and available for store pickup. I thought I would try this location since it is closer to my house. Big mistake. Before the young man at the counter had a chance to look the part up for me an older employee stated no one carries the part I was looking for. Not true. NAPA does but this particular store apparently does not. While it is true most auto part stores have stopped carrying my part, Oreilly does still stock the part but not in all sizes. (I had already purchased one from Oreilly a week before.) I left without the part I wanted or without even being shown the parts they did have in stock. Ive had good luck at this location before with hard to find parts. Based on their current level of customer service it will be some time before I give them another try.

Go to the OReillys which is practically next door. I love NAPA, but this location couldnt care less about the shade tree mechanics that walk in. Ive been twice and both times I was overcharged and had to bring to their attention the discounts that were being displayed on their windows. When I did this, both times the employees seemed to be annoyed that I existed. All in all, customer service is a joke at this location. If you want to go to a NAPA, go to the one south of 183 off of Beltline. They are much nicer and more helpful there. Or just go to the OReillys like I mentioned before.

I ordered a part online, waited the designated 3-5 days to arrive at the store. I call and they say online ordering doesnt work. Ordered telephonically, waited and called to be told they sold my part earlier that day. HORRIBLE.

Ive used NAPA in the past and have always liked the company, but this store has at least one guy who was incredibly helpful, even when it turned out that they didnt have what I needed (body parts). That gets 5 stars!
