Over the years Ive hesitated to call any company because of the extremely indifferent attitudes and poor service I get on such calls. I chanced a call and got Steve. While my question was rather easy I expected an oh my he just wants touch up paint attitude. Instead he was very polite and helpful. He didnt mind checking out my request. Telephone attitude is as important as in - person attitude.

A little higher price on most items. Service is slow and counter guys dont seam to be in any hurry. Waiting lines are at least two customers deep. There is no dedicated check out person so you are forced to wait in line behind someone that doesnt know what part they need. The place is clean and tidy for sure. Good quality parts though.

The best napa in all dfw, they got all the parts since they have the distribution center next door and can request a transfer at anytime. They should stay open longer, but its just their tradition to close early. The staff is decent they help but not everyone has the knowledge of NAPA know how, you expect everywhere.

Ive been stopping at this NAPA location for the last few weeks getting parts for my 96 F150 and these guys have done nothing but go above and beyond to provide an excellent customer experience. Keep it up folks!

Awesome service. Dennis, Larry and the NAPA Coppell crew are always VERY helpful. They are one of the few shops I would send my wife to get parts, simply because I trust them. Great job NAPA guys!

One of the better neighborhood part stores. This location is large. Staff is knowledgeable. Plenty of parking. Hardly ever a wait. Vette friendly. Mark has a Lemans blue c4.

All of the guys at NAPA Coppell are very helpful and knowledgable. John is a great owner, he is helpful and friendly. If they dont have it they will get it.
