Horrid. Bought an alternator from them and was never told I needed to keep the actual paper receipt because apparently their computer system doesnt track their customers purchases , because hey its 2017 and that would be way too much to ask. when I called in to get it warrantied after about six months because alternator had already died I asked if there was a way for them to look up my purchase, melinda told me "not without the paper receipt " I mentioned OReilly has a way of tracking customer purchases and Melinda told me that I should go to OReillys. Horrible customer service, employee has the attitude as though she is being inconvenienced. I do not recommend this place of business at all . Pay the extra few bucks and go to OReillys
