WARNING DONT SHOP HERE!!!!! Beware of poor customer service and product. I work at an office who has does business with this company and no one is happy. One was promised a gift card, she never got it, one was told 6 months same as cash, a lie. As for me I bought a love seat, sofa and ottoman. I had the furniture for one month and the springs were popping out and the wood is rotten. The material was ripping. To be honest the furniture is junk. I called Xoom and was told by Yvonne if I spent more money I would of gotten something better. I dont know spending $ 1200 seems a lot to me. I was told by MO that they were going to replace the furniture a lie. They are going to fix it. You cant fix rotten wood. When they came to pickup the furniture (this is before I knew they were going to fix it) I asked them where the new furniture was and he told me they are fixing it. No phone call from Xoom at all telling me this.Im sorry but I paid for new furniture that wasnt a month old and I get broken junk furniture in return. No way. I financed my furniture through Okinus and they are the only was helping me. They have the pictures of the broken furniture and are trying to get Xoom to replace it, and there response if they cant resell the broken furniture. Why on gods green earth would you sell this junk furniture to some other poor sole. Please Please dont shop with Xoom. Yvonne had been nothing but rude and she is really good a lying. She fooled the BBB and lied to them.. Who is out their to protect the consumer from bad business. FYI if Yvonne start out stating I remember the conversation clearly, she doesnt and watch out here comes the lies! If they are going to pickup your furniture make sure they bring plastic or something, all they did was throw my furniture in a dirty truck with the cushions on the bottom no covering or plastic, put the sofas on top and again no covering .. Xoom calls this great customer service.. Good luck shopping with Xoom P.S it been since Jan and I still dont have any furniture.. I just been told that I spent 800 and get nothing.. Dont finance with Okinus either its a lease and they will screw you out of money

Fantastic experience! I typically purchase furniture online since I can find unusual pieces and good deals, but something about the window display at XOOM told me to stop by before making my decision.... Im so glad I did, because I immediately saw pieces that fit my taste from the eccentric red, white, and silver porter chairs, to luxuriously plush rugs across every floor, and even the outrageously tall accent chair. I saw a few beds that caught my eye, but then my friend told me there were more pieces in the back. Intrigued, I stepped in the room and was shocked how much bigger the place was than Id expected. I walked down and saw several more items that would fit perfectly in my home, but werent on the check-list for today. Then near the back I saw several dramatic beds that seemed perfect in pink, but were a little too ostentatious, even for me. I rounded the corner, and AHA! That same bed Id liked in pink was available in a more demure pearlescent fabric, with a glorious high back that perfectly fit the seashell-look I sought, and pretty gems over every tuft. It was an absolute dream to see this piece on sale, and to hear it could be delivered and built at my home the next day! I bought it immediately, knowing my online list could never top this, and it now sits proudly in my bedroom as the perfect bed "fit for a queen." The staff at the store were very friendly, chatting and joking while we finalized the sale. When I called due to needing a heads up because I couldnt work at home after all the next day, they told me they always call an hour ahead anyway, so Id have plenty of time to make it there. True to their word, they arrived at my place just before 3PM, and the delivers quickly brought in all the pieces and assembled the bed in 15-20 minutes, with no complaints. I am just dazzled with the overall experience, and I will definitely be back soon to look at those plush rugs, and to start a new checklist for later upgrades.... ;)

I was shopping for a new recliner chair for my mothers birthday when I happen to drive past Xoom Furniture. I noticed that they financed funiture as well. When I went in I was immediately approached by the representative named Tina who was just awesome. She was very friendly and smiling the entire time. It made me want to shop there. She allowed me to browse on my own after telling her I was just looking for the time being. Then she went over different options with me and worked with me to get are really good price. While during the finance process the representative named Kay I believe helped out and assured me either further that I was making the right decision by choosing Xoom!!! Great Job ladies. And the entire staff looks very lovely especially the representaive Tina!!! Also they do a very good job on having your items ready to go especially before 6pm. After that I had to wait a few minutes for the employees Tina and Priscilla or Zilla, something like that. The woman with grey eyes, to find my items. But over all they were great and I will definetly go back and buy from Zilla, Kay, or Tina. All were great, welcoming, friendly and love to smile.

wish I could give a negative star rating. The furniture is beyond defective. It is pure garbage. Please feel free to place your hand in the cracks or cushions of any of the pieces of furniture in the show room. You can reach all the way to the floor. There are wholes in the linings of the chairs and sectionals. I had my sectional replaced for a sectional that was worse than my first one. They love to take your money and give you garbage. So if you want to waste your time and money, please feel free to visit Xoom Furniture. If you have your furniture delivered, be prepared for rude, lazy movers that will scratch up your apartment and furniture... The sales people are liars. And the posts with positive reviews are either done by unsuspecting customers that never paid close attention to their pieces of junk furniture, or the the positive posts were done by friends/employees of Xoom Furniture.

I recently purchased a sectional from Xoom after searching all over the Metroplex for one with a left arm chaise. I d been to numerous warehouses and stores, all of which were pricier, and none which fit the left arm necessity. I then found Xoom and Yvonne. She was EXTREMELY helpful and helped me find the right price, color, and style I had been searching for. She was also a wonder in the financing department, especially with my not-so-perfect credit. Delivery and setup was quick and easy, and I LOVE the new sectional! For those who say it s not name brand, you get what you sign for. I was told during the search EXACTLY what brand it would be. Customer service was amazing, no problems with my furniture (so far,) product is of decent/great quality, pricing is fantastic, and product options are endless. I would most certainly do business with Xoom again!
