My prescriptions were sent in on July 5th, and they didnt have the medication in stock and said they had to order it. Showed up 6 times within the next week and a half to be told the same excuse. "It didnt come in on todays order, it will be here tomorrow. Come back tomorrow." Id show up again the next day and be told the same thing. Its now August 20th and I still dont have my medication. This is after a few more excuses and finally got told that "the prescription is too old to fill, your doctor will have to submit a new subscription". I said " ok, the submit a refill request to my doctor and they will authorize it." Was told "they dont do that and I will have to have the doctor call them". Which is a lie according to walmart customer service management. Almost 2 months without my medication due to laziness, poor attitude, poor management from the pharmacist, lack of training and all around bad service. Made a complaint with regional office, will wait and see what happens with that.

NEVER again will I use the Walmart Dallas - N Cockrell Hill Rd. Not only did they take forever. They did not do what they said they would and what I was given the impression I was paying for. Then the tire associate Jorge straight lied to my face and said that is not what we discussed even though an associate agreed it was. Couldnt get a manager to come either. I left furious after it took way longer then it should have and I still did not get what I paid for. Now I have to go to someone else to get them to correct Wal-Marts mistakes. I am out time and money because Wal-Mart cant get their act together. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Save yourself the heartache and go to Target. This review isnt specific to the pharmacy or this Walmart, all Walmarts in the greater DFW area are terrible examples of customer service. Spending less than 30 minutes in a checkout line is like hitting the lottery. Time of day doesnt matter, this morning at 7 am, there were two lanes open with 20 people in each lane and checkers were in no hurry. This is a common theme at Walmart....

Honestly, the only thing I like about Walmart in general is the pharmacy.
