I use to fill my prescriptions here a couple years back before they closed on the location on Oconnor. I was told they didnt have my prescription in stock and would be given a call back once they ordered and received it. This was the week of Thanksgiving- well I never received a call.. I was not told how long it would take... I dropped it off 11/24- 2 days before Thanksgiving. So pretty much Ive been waiting around to hear back, well it has been almost a month and I come to the store and they tell me that they cannot fill my prescription because its been over 21 days since they first received it and for C2 drugs- the prescription is void after that time. Why would the pharmacy not call me to tell me that my prescription would be expired? I never received a call to tell me that it has even arrived. No apology from anybody here but blank stares. Pretty irritating and poor service. I feel like I made a mistake moving my prescriptions here now. There is nothing more annoying then me having to call my own doctor to write me another prescription because the pharmacy I was using failed to do what they told me. Now I need to explain to my doctor I need another prescription because she cant even call in this prescription in. Thanks for nothing!

Las Colinas is an execellent pharmacy. Out of all the compounding pharmacies across Texas that I have used in the last 10 years, the staff at Las Colinas have been the most excellent, pleasant, and responsive. While waiting for my rx in the lobby, I have repeatedly seen the staff go the extra mile for other clientele as well. I would recommend this pharmacy.

The pharmacists at Las Colinas Pharmacy are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have been very kind to spend time answering my many questions. Also, when I needed to get a particular supplement to my daughter ASAP, they let me pay over the phone and shipped overnight to her via FedEx! I am very pleased with service and knowledge base of this pharmacy.

I waited for almost 10 minutes and there was no one else in the establishment. I stood at the register with a purchase and to ask a question. There were at least seven people just across the pharmacy counter and probably five of them made eye contact. Not one acknowledged me, much less offered to help me. Terrible customer service!

I have worked with this pharmacy for many years and I am very pleased! They are very understanding and have excellent customer service skills. I do miss their big store they use to have more gifty-cutesy things. However the new location is closer to me so thats a PLUS. They are a great compounding pharmacy.
