I LOVE this pharmacy! Every time I go to Pharmacy Plus I wait an average of only 5 minutes after I drop the perscription off. That is AMAZING! This isnt just once - this is every time I go. I am there at least once a month, and Ive been a customer for nearly 3 years. I have a perscription that I have pick up once every month from my doctors office - and the only time I can do it is on my lunch break. Because of Pharmacy Plus I am able to pick up the perscription from my doctor, drop off the script and have it filled and make it back to work in plenty of time. Since I discovered Pharmacy Plus (which was in the same building as my family doctor) I have never gone anywhere else except for when I needed a less common perscription fast and they were out of stock. On the rare occasion that Ive had to do that I literally groan just thinking of Walgreen or CVS and the hassle it will be to drop off and have to wait forever or having to come back. The techs are always very friendly, informative and polite and never hesitate to go the extra mile if you have a question or there is an issue with the perscription. Also, the Lady who works the register at the front of the store is such a joy. She is so friendly and genuine - she literally brightens the room. I love this pharmacy and I highly recommend to everyone!

I just started going there over the last 3 months. The first time I was there I was greeted and offered something to drink and the lady who worked there kept up a conversation with me till I got my scripts. They were all nice. I felt cared for and nurtured. Every time I go there they remember me and just all smiles. Im treated way better than at the other big pharmacies like cvs or walgreens. So. I wont go anywhere else but pharmacy plus.

Ive traded with Pharmacy Plus for years and today was one of the worst! They HAVE not always had the best customer service, however it has not always been the WORST! Ive only used then because they are close to my home, work and doctors office. However due to the horrible customer service provided today, I will no longer be doing business with them! I would not recommend them to anyone unless you like hot and cold customer service. D

I dont know what these other reviews are talking about but this "pharmacy" is terrible. I had to call 4 times just to see if they carried a prescription. They kept putting me on hold and coming back to the phone and asking me the same question over and over again, like they were retarded. Then on top of that they sounded ghetto and hard to understand. Plus when I complained about having to call back over and over again she got an attitude.

My scripts are always ready when I need them. If there is an issue I am well informed and more importantly quickly informed leaving time to get in touch with doctors offices to resolve any issues. I love the small town feel of the place. The pharmacy tech, Jacob, is always respectful and courteous. Vicki is also extremely sweet. Keep up the great work!

This pharmacy is the best- there is never a wait, the product selection is great, and their prices are reasonable. In addition, their employees are fantastic- Jake is reason alone to go the Pharmacy Plus- he is always helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Although my prescription is always ready when I arrive the experience of dealing with their unfriendly customer service makes patronizing this pharmacy unpleasant. They should take a happy pill and trying greeting customers a smile. BTW thank you goes a long way.

Hardest working pharmacy in the universe! It never takes them more than a few minutes to fill a script and they are willing to go the extra mile and find coupons or even call your insurance company to make sure you are getting the best price possible!

The girls working the register are awful and rude. Have no sense of customer service! Will never go here again. I have had my presrciptions filled here several times thinkg they let the rude register girls go. Today is the last time!
