This pharmacy could really stand to improve on customer service. One of the front counter ladies that works there is not at all friendly, they dont always call you when they say they will (i.e. when your Rx is ready), and they dont always have your Rx ready when they say they will. Recently they cant seem to find prescriptions that have been called in multiple times. I can understand that things happen from time to time, but its happened enough over the last couple of years that I think its problematic. I have finally chosen to take my business elsewhere. I have been told by others that they have had similar experiences, especially when it comes to customer service from the counter help.

My family has been going here for many years. We went there specifically for Martha because she was extremely friendly, cared, and always got us the best deals and information on medications. Now the service is terrible and the main pharmacist has a huge attitude problem. When you call or need something specific, youre redirected by some teenager who has no idea what they are doing and it has just become such an issue that I will be bringing my business elsewhere. Disappointed.

Home town full service pharmacy, with compounding lab, always friendly and kind service. Excited about the move to their new location a block down from the post office. Tom, Martha and other staff have been great to work with over the years.

I have been using Pharmacy Plus in Coppell, Texas now for a few years and I find them very easy to work with. They are also fast in filling my perscriptions. The staff is very friendly and helpful and always look very professional.

We have had the pleasure of knowing Martha since the 1980s She is wonderful. There is no other as helpful and thoughtful. We use Pharmacy plus because she is there, and it is a great pharmacy too

DO NOT GO HERE!! They filled my medications incorrectly twice in a row!! I would recommend the CVS or really anyone in coppell but them.
